I am wonder for newton reflector telescope 76 mm mirror focal length 700 mm with 1.5 erecting eyepiece and 5x Barlow lens I am hard time finding setting to clear images all i am getting black screen. Using a sv105 camera took nice moon shot but no planetary or deep sky shot just black screen.
I don't think refractor telescope will get the same result like this. But, it's possible to get some better images with short focal length and larger apertured refractor telescope like yours. Give it a try. Good luck and clear skies!!
I have the svbony 205, and I cant even see stars in sharpcap. Even with exposure all the way up. Then again my skyportal mount cant even stay accurate, as I will tell it to go to a certain planet and it'll work the first couple times, then it will eventually start to get less and less accurate til eventually it will go no where near I asked it to go. So frustrating, trying not to let this be a hobby killer, as I already have quite a bit of money invested so far.
Have you accurately polar aligned? You might try Sharpcap "Pro" that has a camera-assisted mode to do a polar alignment. You didn't mention your scope - maybe it's a super powered SCT with too long a focal length? A field reducer is almost mandator for those types of scopes. Join a local telescope club if you have one - someone will be able to help.
I have the 205 and I can see stars in Sharp cap. You need to check why you can't. Fisrt place it in the center of an eyepiece and focus it. Then quickly remove eyepiece and insert the SV205 already turned on with Sharpcap. Correct focus and exposure if needed.
Yes, by stacking hundreds of long exposed avi video frames will able to get images like this with this cheap camera! Sharpcap camera control settings are in the beginning of this video.
Hi ! I have a sv205, and I’m a little disappointed with it. Now I saw your video and think I could give it a chance. Could you send me how you took these pictures ? Procedure, telescope, etc ? Thanks !
Hi !! I used Visionking 114/900mm reflector telescope to take these images. Just used manual tracking mount. Softwares i used for this are Sharpcap, Registax and GIMP. These images are created by stacking raw video frames. Looks like a different method for deepsky astrography ;) You can do much better than this. Sv205 camera and short focal lengh reflector telescope great for this. If you have a tracking mount for this, it will be much better. Clear Skies :)
@@hansanarandeepastrophotogr9876 I have a similar equipment, 150mm reflector, DF 750mm and single motor for tracking, not goto. But my difficult is to configure software to get good pictures. It’s being difficult to get sharp pictures even of the planets.
No, It's not difficult as planetary imaging. When you image planets you need high magnification. In this case you dont need to use high magnification. All you need very low magnification to get a wide field of deep space. Your 150mm reflector is much better for this. Because it has shorter focal length and bigger aperture than mine. Even you saw in this video I was unable to get a wide field of view of omega Centauri and orion nebula. Because my telescope has 900mm long focal length and small aperture 114mm. Use your sv205 camera exposure to 250ms and also use your mortor driver to reduce trailing on stars. I am sure you can do this much better than mine by using the equipment you have!
@@hansanarandeepastrophotogr9876 thanks. Will try. When you say raw image files you mean .ser and .fits ? Did you captured darks and flats ? Because these cameras has a vignette problem. Will see what I can do. Thanks.
Thanx a lot. Does it have motorized tracking during exposure time? I mean, it must be very difficult to keep these Objects in center of the field of view and the mount for this telescope seems to me very unstable.
No, I didn't used tracking method. Tried this with very short exposure (125 ms ) in avi video mode. I took some short videos and aligned them in PIPP ( join mode ) and stacked them in Registax. It's very hard job without a tracking mount, If you have mortorized tracking mount this should be more easy. ( check the sharpcap camera settings at the beginning of the video )
I thought that it's was impossible to take deep sky picture with the sv105, but you have done it, bravo et félicitation!
Beautiful deep sky objects👍👏
Thank you very much!! ❤❤
Can you please make a video of how you processed the video to the final images
Ok👍
well done gives me hope
I have few questions:
Will sv205 take better photos than this ?
What was longest exposure you could take ?
Yes definitely. Sv 205 has higher specifications than sv 105. The longest exposure I used for this was 125ms in raw video mode.
Hi, thanks for your video, is nice!
What application do you use it for the SVBONY 105 camera?
Thanks in advance....
Sharpcap 3.0 is better for use with svbony sv105 camera
@@hansanarandeepastrophotogr9876 thank you, will use it.....!
Clear skies..!
Interesting photos.
Thank you very much..!
I can't see anything with my SV105. Great job.

I have a question: can I get roughly the same results on my telescope "Levenhuk skyline travel 80"? Thank you

@@hansanarandeepastrophotogr9876 Thank you for your answer!!!
Amazing😍
Thanks bro!! ❤❤
Hi! Can you tell me, what kind of mount did you use? Have you got some kind of goto or a single motor drive?
Nice 😎😍
Thanks bro❤❤
Did you stack? If yes, how many, what exposure?
Yes, stacked. 0.125ms exposure in avi video mode. If you have a svbony sv105 or sv205 You can try this out.
If I used this camera on my 1000mm focal length telescoope, will it work?
Yes.
If i use astromaster 130 eq with svbony sv105..can i get this type of results?
Yep
These are great

Is it possible to observe like that with only one Sv105????????? Or did you correct it
