Thanks John. Arrived late to the game and unfortunately I don’t get time to practise. Full time PR job with my wife and a little boy just starting school who I love to see everyday. But will always keep trying to improve and learn even at 44. Senior long drive at 45 ifs the goal

Thanks mate. I’ve been playing to much golf ! Lol problem will come when nights draw in and can’t fit golf in around work so the bad scores will definetly come! Goal over winter and definetly next year is to introduce fun Matches and get more people onto the channel.
Yes really nice. Was actually going to look to film next week the back 9 but they have just hollowtined the greens so think will have to wait until next spring now
@@golfmaddad79 mate… video never puts hills/lumps/bumps into perspective does it? Watching your video, it didnt give off mountainous golf course. Im far too inexperienced, to have played matlock. That was awful, i can see how it could be good but for myself playing every par 4/5 up a steep hill was horrible and dropping every par 3 off a 150 yard cliff was also not ideal. Not rushing back there i’ll be honest.
A bit like Augusta with the videos you just don’t get the perspective of the slopes as you say. Let me know if you play any other local courses and drop me a message how you get in. Keep in touch.

Get up most weeks at Shirland but not had time for any social golf this year with filming, editing, a day job and being a dad. But core videos based at Shirland when do reviews etc. will bring matches from Shirland soon and definetly next year. Had it 4 under through the first 6 once at Shirland.

Great course, some tricky holes, makes a big difference when your smashing 290-300 yd drives & straight ! FairPlay ⛳️👍👏

Matlock is a great course i found the back 9 tougher maybe that's your next film.

You take so long to take the shot, be nice if you tried to cut this out so we are not waiting 15 seconds to watch you take each shot
