Wahoo fishing-Slow trolling for Florida Keys using Halco trolling plugs and a new a wahoo lure using cannon elecric downriggers with Capt. Ryan Van Fleet.
My preferred trolling approach to Florida Keys wahoo fishing combines the use of dead bait ballyhoo trolling with Halco Laser Pro lures or Nomad trolling plugs. As charter boat captain I am not just looking to catch wahoo.

Dead bait trolling involves moving at a relaxed pace, typically between 6 and 12 mph.
