Would have liked to see the game 2 winning point and a few missing critical points toward the end of game 3. Great game though, Tlaxcala has not let us down so far.
The way Jonatan Hellvig has stepped up on the net these last games is insane. He gets better and better and carried the team when David made some uncharacteristic mistakes. Lovely to see!
Very fun game to watch. As a polish fan I cannot get over this Łosiak set for match point.. Bryl after 1st terrible set became extremely consistent, he just needed to have a normal average set and that would be it. Congratulations to Sweden, fair game and well deserved win.
I'm polish but I better if Beach Valley goes in the Swedish direction. Better if the more creative team won. Beach volley needs changes, not only dumb playing for 3.
It wasn't a double or a lift. Therefore, as a pass, it was legal. There are other conditions for legality if you handset the ball over the net and for passing hard driven balls. But otherwise, as far as passing and setting goes, you are ALWAYS allowed to overhand pass, so long as you don't double or lift.
@@patrickpark3167 I'm very confused, as an indoor trained player I obviously pass a lot overhead but everytime I did it (clean,.no double or lift) I was told it's illegal in beach-volley 🤔🤔🤔
@Kariminou the quality of the hand set must be as clean as the set . People typically apply a stricter standard to a first touch openhand pass vs a second touch set. This is wrong, but standards are subjective, as much as we want to believe it's purely objective. Bear in mind also that open hand pass/set standards differ from beach to indoor. Again technically should be the same, but in the end it's more subjective than we'd like to believe. There's a ref for a reason.

Poland is very soliiiiid, props for that, but those youngsters have a very good chemistry and mindset.
This game was 50/50. The polish duo is probably the best counter for the swedes right now.

On the important points Hellvig closes the net. He Is a wall. The Poland team was Hellwalled!!!

Молодцы, прошли в финал, сложные 2 и 3й сэт
Hello guys, could anyone please explain 5:42 fingers? I thought that you are not allowed to play first ball over the net with fingers :|
intense. Big loss for Poland.... serving for the match, giving it away... just a matter of mindset...
Hi guys, can anyone explain how the pass at 1:47 was legal? Cheers =)

@@Kariminou In amateur rules it's illegal, because there is no referee. In pro rules you can do it as long as it's a clean touch obviously
fakkkeenennnn!!
