I love the slow motion replays here. Have you guys read "The Inner Game of Tennis"? It says the best way to teach your subconscious mind skills (which is what you use when you play) is to program it with photos and videos. So hopefully something is getting through there :)

they watch the opponents setting and if its not that perfect, they sometimes decide to remove from the blockingpostion, hoping that the hitter havent the best opportunities because of the bad setting.
A few weeks ago I got reccomend the video about Madisons ambidextrous story and I felt inspired by it. In October I felt elbow pain on my right arm but have not went to the doctor yet to get it checked. I kept using it for volleyball ball but the pain is now worse than ever so I decided to use my left arm. And we'll after watching that vid I've decided to practice using only my left. Hopefully I can be just as good. (Surprisingly my left arm spikes have more accuracy and reach than my right. So it's a little easier to learn.) Thank you for giving me hope for my volleyball dreams brother 🙏🏽
nice match. but why isn't dalhausser playing with Lucena? ... the 2 taylors are great but having Crabb as the best blocker is a bit embarassing ahaha Sander need to work hard on the block 💪
