Thanks for this Queen. Lol
How did you know 😂😂😂Thanks love ♥️♥️
What’s the take down process like ?
MASIA THE HYPEBEAST see i knew... i knew i’d find you
chante’ De l'eau ive had them before . the unwrapping is easy but the braid take down is difficult depending on your hair length .
Now I have an idea of how the McClure twins are going to look like when they get older! They look very similar to you! Beautiful!
OMG this is the 2nd time someone said that! Thank you! ❤️
I can see the resemblance 🥰
Memoria James I see it
She also reminds me of Rico Nasty!
Lol she lowkey do
FINALLY found an easier, more realistic way to do faux locs!! Thank you 😊
I feel like this is the PERFECT idea if you’re already rocking braids and then after they loosen and you wanna take them out in like 1-2 months, just do this instead. Half the process is already done!
Nkiruka Ukaegbu i literally just took out my braids today-
Joy Alale SIS!! OAOEKDJWKAHAUWUEB IM SO SORRY😭😭
That is exactly what I was going to do. I am going to slowly install my knotless braids, then once they get old and a little tired then I'll wash my hair, crochet the locs on and wrap them with the extra hair & tighten the roots back up. I'm aiming to have these braids last at least 2 months.
That is a good ass idea!!
You just saved my life hahahahaha
These are the best ones i've seen so far... and I've been trying for at least 3 years lol
Wow! Thank you!!!
LoL i think it's time to let it go
RemarKably Kris I’m curious to see how they turned out? Keep trying sis! I know I will!
RemarKably Kris and much more inexpensive.. Yasss
I never seen it done this way before. It looks easier and it’s way cheaper than buying the crochet ones. Thank you
Meme & Davin Gang Am I missing something because I still haven’t seen how you finished one
as someone who does faux locs, this isn't easier or faster... it adds hours
What’s easier Tayglo Tv
mariah naibei crochet.
@@MontasiaDiaraa right because this is sooo long. It’s beautiful but definitely much longer.
I was so focused on your lashes, skin and beauty your gorgeous! This style compliments you well, I’m thinking of trying them myself.😌
Right!I thought it was just me ..lol
Awww thank you!!! 💜
I wanna do that except my hair grows too fast no matter what style i do 😭
I see you on Pinterest all the time ... Don't even know you had a UA-cam channel 😭❤️
❤️❤️❤️
same!
Went to the beauty supply store. Gonna be trying this tonight😁 wish me luck!
How’d it turn out?
They turned out really cute her method was very easy! I ended up spending around $30 but still not bad compared to the hundreds I would have spent.
Moon Child92 how many packs of kankelon? And if the Marley hair doesn’t come in that big pack, how many packs is it? I want to do this tonight?
Moon Child92 I’m late with my post, how did yours come out? Do you have any pics?
I got tired just watching u do all that!😂But it looks amazing! Great job.. love it😊
The way i just said "wow" out loud when the vid started. You are so beautiful
For more security crochet the Marley twist hair in so you can save more hair and easily wrap
Youre so beautiful. Youre eyes are so big and pretty, and your skin is beautiful. And that hair! Omg love love love 💘
Soooo out of my comfort zone but I'm DEFINITELY going to try your method. It's the easiest by far I've seen. And YES, faux locs are definitely a big challenge to do on yourself. Thank so much for showing me an easier faster way to get them done! ❤💋
Best tutorial I’ve seen! To save even more time you don’t have to braid the hair underneath all the way down
Some ppl braid it down for a better foundation to wrap.
About to turn my knotless braids into locs and this was a perfect instructional video. Love it! Great Job!
They came out beautifully but ooo girl you have a lot of patience! That must have taken foreverrrr lol
Girrrrrrrl, I applaud your patience. Great job
After watching several videos and to get more interested hair locing.....I'm now loving how easy, beautiful and elegant you make this look...now I'm convinced and will be doning this hairdo😊
Thanks for this video. I'm definitely about to do this to my daughter's hair.
You did an awesome job! I'm so tempted to try them myself now.
They turned out beautiful especially for the first attempt.
Love these on you!! They look so natural!😍💕
Thank you so much for taking the time for making this video. Great work
Thank you for sharing this video. How long did this style take to do? How many locs where put in? How long you had them in for? It came out very nicely. Btw did you put those lashes on yourself and can you do a lash tutorial. Thanks.
The style too me a whole day! If I remember correctly I had about 30 locs. I had them in for 2 months and tidy'd up the ones that got super frizzy since I knew how to do them myself.
I ACTUALLY HAD ABOUT 50-55
Thank You This Is Way Easier Than The Crochet Method ❤🤞🏽❤🤞🏽
Yeah the messy parts made it look more natural. Good job!😍👍🏾
I watched your video and I just knew I was going to figure it out I did one kind of good the others were terrible my hair was knotted I wanted to cry my husband said get some pre made locs I said dang why didn’t I think of it I’m going to try and make my own crotchet using your video thanks
First of all, you are so pretty!!
I loved this method but want to ask if you’ve ever had faux locs where the stylist burns the hair and rubs it as she’s wrapping it down? I’ve only ever had stylist do it that way and assumed it was to secure it so it doesn’t unravel. But your method seems just ask secure! So can I completely skip the burning part? Thanks and Happy New Year 🥳
I've literally had my faux loc braid hair for over a year 😔 I started and failed and never tried again. Your hair is so bomb, its honestly making want to dig out the hair and try again! Would you recommend any advice or have any tips? ❤❤
15tryana all of these comments makes me want to post my easy and neat loc tutorial. It’s not as hard as it seem. I would recommend twisting or braids all your hair first. Take a break then start your wrapping. Take your time and be patient 💋
@@NaturallyDupreeaI would love to see it if you could post it. But thank you! I think I'm going to try on fresh hair in a few weeks ❤
Yesss! Please make a video :)
Wow, look so easy. I've been dying to do this to myself. Thanks for the video 😉
Literally getting these for my vacation also thanks for the vid hunnie yours came out amazing 😍😍
I love how it turned out and you did a great job
I'M GONNA TRY THIS U MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY
Get it girl , you was in there workinnn
Your locs came out great 😍♥️
Your hair looks great! Thank you for doing this. I tried it with the nail glue and it was not cute. I'm going to try it again thanks to you!
How many packs of the Marley hair & the price 🙂
Love your tutorial I'm gonna try your method for sure!!! 👍
My next protective style! Loved this tutorial!!
I’m definitely about to try this!
First off let me start by saying your natural hair is SOOO healthy, full, and beautiful !! it reminds me a lot of my own
No need to get so close to the root when wrapping if you want less tension. Nice work
Did you only use 1 pack of the braiding hair for the braids underneath and just the 3 pack of hair for your entire head for the loc process? I’m doing this hairstyle tomorrow and want to be sure I have enough hair. I’ll definitely be sending you pictures love 💕
I just seen a comment where someone asked the same question and you responded, but the Jamaican twist hair is a 3 pack so did you use all of that or just 1 pack out of the 3?
@@adeshiabriana I used the whole pack. So if you don't get the jumbo pack I would say 3-4 packs of Jamaican twist hair.
They turned out pretty!
Beautiful. Nicely done! How was your trip to Jamaica?
she look like a grown Ava & Alexis (the mcclure twins) 😂♥️
Beautiful job🙌🏽🙌🏽💞💛
They look nice. 👌 What does adding the second bit of hair do btw? I'm considering this method, I bought 'Spetra miracle fiber stretch braid' just hoping my hair doesn't unravel. 🤞
I like this!!!! How long did it take to finish the style?
This style look's AMAZING ON YOU!!!❤❤❤
HOW many locs do you have and how long did it take you to complete this style?
I’ve been looking for this technique versus spending so much money on crotchet versions this is easier on the pockets lol thanks for this sis
Just a quick suggestion. I noticed that you said that you couldn't do the Bob look what has your hair was too long. I had the same issue and I found that if you fold your braids to make it look at short as you want it to be and then wrap the hair over the part that you folded you'll get that Bob look without having to cut your hair.
Very nice, but how will you take it down?
My next protective style!! Great job!! 😃😃
OMG!!! Your hair is beautiful.
Okay I NEED to know how long they lasted for you. I'm about to do my locs but I've always crocheted my hair through the base of my braid, then wrapped it. But seeing you just start wrapping without having to loop any hair through your actual braid got me thinking it's probably less tension on your hair doing it how you are. So yeah, if I could get an answer on how long they actually lasted and if they slid down at all would be a huge help 🥰
Try washing the hair in water and Apple cider vinegar before you use it. It helps with less itching
The definition of beauty😍🙌🏾
Nice job, they look amazing 😉
You have great teeth. I couldn’t stop looking at them lol
Yo skin so pretty 😍😍😍
This is done very well i think because your lick thickness is even and great. Beautiful job. I always wind up varying sizes lol❤🌸
How many packs did you use of each? Just 1? Also, how many locs did you have on total?
Beautiful results. Were they itchy on the skin at all??
Absolutely beautiful 😻
Your hair came out so great :)
WOW! they look so beautiful and you're glowing
You did that😍 I’m about to try these
You did an amazing job
they look soooo good! how long did it take you?
Ak Smith It took me a full day!
How do you add hair in? I’ve been braiding for years but never could get the hang of add hair extensions!😩
Hey when u went on vacation did u swim with these ?
YESSS ARI GIRL. THESE ARE 🔥
These look so good!!
Was your hair heavy while swimming?
I just took box braids out after having for three days. I couldn't sleep. I'm wondering if these are hard to sleep in or painful like box braids?
You did really good thank you
How long can we keep this style? Can i keep it like a whole year? Thankyou
How many packs of hair did you use?
you did good af
You also don’t have to mess up the twist hair for wrapping
Gurl you are gorgeous
Yeass babe, you did a great job! They look sooo good 😍😍
omggg where are your lashes from?!?!?😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Looks good how long did they take?
Were your biceps sore after because. SIS. Good job 😋
how long would you say these took to finish?
Love them steamed
How long did it take
can you please post an update or something showing how these lasted after your trip? im considering them but have had issues with faux locs before and im interested if you will end up having the same problems with this method. THANKS
Girl, I wanna get these but I'm a bit sceptical. What problems did you have with them ?
@@ntombizodwalukhele8810 when i did them with the individual crocheting method my braided hair inside the loc kept popping out. Im very picky i wanted them to look natural and it looked fake. If you get them i recommend the wrap method
You are going to need to do another video showing how to take the braids down without damaging the hair! Haha!
Unless your hair is 30 inches long just cut the ends off
In total, how long did it take you to do this style? Including moisturizing the hair first?
How do you take them down once you’re done ?
Gone sound crazy but did you ever live in Vegas and work at VRI
Did you say how many packs of Jamaica hair you bought? Or did I miss it?
Love it, great job!
Love your vid definitely going to try this method
If you want to do a short bob it’s the same process. Stop where you want your length to be & take ur loose end and fold it up & hold it with a rubber band then take ur Marley hair and wrap it over to the end.
I like it but don't the have ready made locks....I saw a video where the girl just plated her hair then pulled it through the locks and covered the loose plaque with the locks and then she pulled out little pieces for curl affect. I like your but here seemed much easier and way less time and all the locks were uniformed so the tie breaker would be how long it lasts. Luv the vid though
I coud've done crotchet locs which are the locs you're describing but those would not have lasted through 2 vacations and hot ass weather. Plus I'm a Jamaican. Mi loc dem haffi look real as possible and crotched would not have done that. It's all about what you prefer.
