Why modern stoicism is bad and weakens the mind

I'm a big advocate of stoicism and what it represents, or what it is supposed to I guess... Stoicism blew up on social media a few years back; ever since, the modern era has tarnished the great philosophy, mindset, and way of living. That's why I wanted to openly discuss modern stoicism since I don't like it. At all.
