Ingredients
Soya chunks, boiled 1 cup
roasted gram 1/4 cup
salt to taste
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped
oil 3 tbsps
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
onion paste ( grind 2 onions smoothly)
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
tomato paste ( grind 3 tomatoes smoothly)
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
fennel powder 1 tsp
raw mango powder 1 tsp ( aamchur )
water 1.5 cups
garam masala 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi 1 tsp
coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped
