Man, Mooer are absolutely killing it at the moment! They're starting to become the new Digitech with this '7 series'. I'm seriously loving all the more unique modes in these pedals.
    Great job with the demo!

Discovered through instagram, these are some amazing demos!! Keep it up 🤟 this pedal looks so good, I already have the ehx canyon but the sounds you can get from this almost blow it out of the water, may need to invest in one

I love this demo style. Not sure about this pedal though 🤔 seems a little out there for me. Looks like a great value though. I love that it has tap tempo

I have a Roland GR 1.. A Yamaha DG stromp, A fender cyber twin amplifier, a Hughes and Kettner Zen amp combo amplifier, that make a lot of the different similar tones to what I am hearing in this demo, if I want to take the time to dial them in on those devices and save them in the memory. my Roland GR1 makes so many different tones and does so many alterations of those tones that I don’t think I could sample all of them in one lifetime. I have had that Roland GR1 for a couple decades now, and I still have not learned how to use it or the tones it generates 90% of the time. I generally have about 20 different fallback usable tones and sounds and settings from those amps and petals, and I just don’t use the rest. I could see using a lot of these tones if you’re doing a soundtrack for a movie which is what Jimmy page did for a couple movies. It was just him and a Roland GR1…
There are some amazing devices out there..Looks like I’m going to be adding to my pedal collection

I’m on the fence with these pedals(specifically the a7/d7) as I recently acquired the e7 synth and love it. The e7 definitely holds up against the boss sy-1

Does the tap function only work when the pedal is on? Can I set the tempo when the pedal is not active? I apologize for my English.

With low F.B and Time, some of the effects kind of act as tremolo, Chorus, Chorus effect pedals.

Other than Ozric Tentacles or someone, I can't see who this is for. Bought one and can't find any actual use for it yet.

I wanted to like this, but there's for some reason, "Tape" is so much quieter than the rest, all of the bottom end goes away, to the point where it's useless (wondering if it's defective). The lo-fi one is really limited in its usefulness. Sending it back. Nice demo, though.

      Thanks!
I didn’t notice a drop but I don’t like how the filter in Tape mode also affects the dry signal. The other modes are great, in my opinion.

@@DoNoise Yeah, I liked some of the others. I'm trying to build a mini board, and it's really hard, as it seems like so many mini pedals are garbage.

I have the D7 and not impressed at all. The sound is not bad but each setting must be tweek to get something useful and when switching to another effect of the 7 the one you just tweek to sound good is gone back to default. can not hold the memory from one to another set even if not turned off? The looper is not bad but the design of the D7 is awful and some have a weird buzz or fuzz when time or fx just a bit to far for that number. very touchy and some effects the tweek 1 and tweek 2 do almost nothing. If you can find a used one under 50 not a bad deal but at regular price you will regret the purchase big time. Got mine under 50 w/shipping. I was going to get the A7 but after this D7 I learned my lesson.

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  2 роки тому +1

You need to save your settings (hold the button) if you want to get them back after changing to another mode or after a power cycle.
Some modes have a Slow Gear (volume swell) effect that’s dialed in with Tweak 1 and 2 knobs. That’s a dynamic effect (reacts to your playing) and might not be noticeable sometimes. Maybe that’s why it seems like those knobs don’t do anything.
Buzz/fuzz is natural in Low bit mode but it shouldn’t have any buzz in other modes.

@@DoNoise Thanks I did press the save button after each edit but when move to other setting and go back its not the same maybe close but something changed have to tweak all over again. Yes te low bit is the buzzy one very touchy to settings TIME and FB Backing off a bit seams to help somewhat. Still debating on getting the A7 or R7??? Mostly for Violin work

Can’t they just make a pedal like this with basic delays and not weird sounds.
