The Budweiser Budvar director was very polite: "American beer has its qualities". I don't know how much it changed from 1989, but modern US Budweiser is piss in a bottle.
People should just pour it straight into the toilet and eliminate the middle man. I used to like Budweiser when I was a teenager but I tried some about ten years ago and it was horrid. And the Czech Budweiser dude was very classy not to s talk American Budweiser.
Pre Velvet Revolution!! Czech Republic has changed quite a bit,,, but the beer is still Fantastic 👍 the beer hunter series set off my love and fascination of everything “Malted” !
“In Britain, beer is a social phenomenon. In Belgium, a gastronomical phenomenon. In Germany, almost a religious phenomenon. In Czechoslovakia. a philosophical phenomenon” I wonder if the same labels apply to todays time.
@@mohammedcohen W.C. Fields ought to know. I loved the American Budweiser when I was young and still learning about good beer. I tried to drink some at a wedding in 2013 and I couldn't. It was awful. But I'm not such a beer snob that I can't allow for the fact that those types of beers serve a certain purpose. I don't drink that stuff but I don't ridicule those that do.

American Budweiser is literally the shittest beer I have tasted! I actually opted for water at a music festival where Budweiser was the only beer on offer.
ABSOLUTELY! In Jackson's words, no place in the world can you get such a creamy tasting beer in what may be the Europe's oldest beer brewing nation. Beer there is not just another drink but a cultural tradition enjoyed at ALL occasions. Na zdravi, zivio, zivio, zivio!!!

Well only if you warm it up! If it's cold it's fine. It is, afterall, the fanciest beer on the planet.

There's a glitch in the sound here. Please repost with proper sound, if possible.
You're just not drunk enough.
The Czech Budvar is a REAL beer ...no so the insipid liquid called Budweiser from AB...
American Budweiser has it's place

@@XxowendanxX Sure, most beer drinkers don't know what quality taste like. And a cheap beer will always be popular with the masses.
