I dear I am in a tiny RV right now and the RV Park is having Thanksgiving I have the 3 qt Instant Pot and need to make a side dish that will serve 12
They will have potatoes and Mac and cheese pies turkey and dressing and gravy
Any suggestions of something I can make in my 3 qt. I would like something healthy if I can maybe the carrot 🥕s or anything else that 3qt might feed 12 adults a portion

Hi Kathy. I've never used a 3 quart, but I'm thinking that the carrots would be close to being enough for 12, as we didn't come close to filling our 6 quart up and we had plenty for our family with some leftovers. It could work.
