Pepperdine | Seaside Residence Hall (2018)

Pepperdine has a new residence hall for Seaver students called Seaside. It is a four-story, three building, suite-style hall that provides double occupancy accommodations to approximately 458 Seaver College students. The hall offers stunning ocean views, a workout room, a furnished lobby with television, a large laundry room, wireless internet, streaming internet television, fully functioning community kitchen as well as a team of resident advisors and spiritual life advisors to guide and support you during your time at Pepperdine.

Wow that’s absolutely phenomenal! It’s fits Pepperdine! It looks like the dorm for which I was an RA for 2 years (I know it not possible anymore but this was 30 years ago!) called Phi Alpha was demolished but replaced by a much better building. Please take care of that beautiful building so it will last for future generations of students. Congrats Waves on a great addition to the Malibu campus. Go Waves! 🌊
