Mark Pontarolo and his 1991 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 will be competing in the Import Meet Street Car Competition in August 2013 in Seattle, WA. The IMSCC is a competition that will bring together some of the best street cars in the region to compete in 9 categories: drag racing, autocross, peak horsepower, power delivery, car show, build quality, fuel economy, retail price, and ride quality.

This is awesome. i just got my galant vr4 last week. It's 1030/2000 and cant wait to get the few things done it needs to be road worthy.

Very clean GVR4 man. I recently picked up a JDM RHD 88' GVR4 myself along with a JDM RHD 93' Mr2 Turbo.. both of which I rotate as a DD for now.
Mark Pontarolo I still have the issue of Modified Mag and look at it from time to time. Love your VR4, its beautiful. Still want to pick one up some day :) Didnt know about them until I got that magazine. Just looks like a really fun all around car.

Stock radiator, FAL shrouded slim fan. 180 degree tstat. I use ECMlink to trip the fan relay earlier than stock. I have it kick the fan on at about 195F.
A friend of me have an vr4.
I drive an E30 1.8.
Maybe i will have an vr4 or an tuned e30 with 6 zylinder inbuilt.
