Did you guys see the amp Tom Bukovac showed on his channel a few weeks ago? It was an old Gibson amp that had like stereo in it and like 5 speakers but it was a combo? Super super cool..
Obligatory like for using a Gibson Marauder. The greatest of Gibson odd balls. Also as a guy who like his Fenders and doesn't care for Orange, I like this Orange Fender. Personal cool gear....well the 1957 Gibson Gibsonette is dope. But I think the early 50s Filmosound Projector Amp is cool. Especially as every time I post it someone hits me up with a history lesson.
A Fender Twin that looks like an Orange and has Celestion speakers is better all around. The closest I get to weird, vintage gear is a Blackheart Killer Ant: about 15 years old, a marshallesque preamp, 0.1W of power, and a volume knob.
Oddly the worst demo on this amp is the Owner. Lots of social anxiety it seems to from all of them. My Carvin X100B easily has this clean sound. I would say even better. And a Hot Rodded Marshall Dirty channel. Sleeper Amp.
I noticed you don't have shorts on your channel. I am wondering if you might double your views if you broke some of these down into shorts with emphasis on each guitar model and brand in the title? It should be easy to do, right Nelson? hahahaha
I’m 54 years old. Dad rock is my life.
The bridge on that weird Gibson must have been the inspiration for the bridge on the new EVH SA-126 Special.
This is so cool! It's so hard to find good demos of rare or unusual amps. This is a great showcase of what it excels at.
"i'm in this one" lol
Love the Marauder through that amp, gives weird alt-cowboy vibes.
hahaha Nelson is out of control or in control 0:27
I always like the post credits stuff too. I'd never heard of this amp before so thanks
That was him asserting his control there
damn, that sounds like a dual showman head through jbls to me. instant maggot brain
Brilliant episode 🧡

as a self-professed amplifier identifier, I can say with 98% confidence that that is indeed and amplifier.
Good eye!
@@WorkingClassMusic I don't want to brag, but that's 40 years of experience making that call

soon!
The same pedal as sound city and some other English amps of the time. Does it have bass speakers in it?
