I'm so very sorry to hear this. I saw this comment yesterday and you've been on my heart ever since, It breaks my heart to hear this man. My mother died a few months back from cancer, and it's rough. Both of my parents are dead now and I'm only 24. I used to live in Atlanta until I joined the Marines, but everyone's struggling and you can sense the pain it's everywhere. Uhhhh, too many people perishing these day's. I know the pain all to well, the thought that you can scower the Earth and never find that person. They're gone..... but take heart my friend because Jesus Christ is our strength! He is our good shepherd and he will not allow us to fail. He will heal our hearts if only we lean upon him, and allow him to set his seal upon our hearts. Take heart!

So they either get taken down or any income the upload earns goes straight to the publishers. In this case, the label should be paying you.

I understand why artists/labels throw copyrights on most fan made & lyric videos: they rarely if ever _add_ anything to the original release, while taking away hits from official videos. So they either get taken down or any income the upload earns goes straight to the publishers.
In this case, the label should be paying you.
