Understanding Karma
1. Karma is the action (physical) and the activities (mental) that goes on in one's life
2. The law says that every action has equal and opposite reaction
3. If you do the right set of actions that are beneficial to others, you will get the right results. Alternately, wrong actions lead to wrong results
4. The question to ask is, what triggers one to do action?
5. Our great scripture state that the intentions we have in us will ultimately manifest in our life
6. With right intentions, one performs right actions and with right actions, right things manifest in one's life
7. There is a popular saying about "Kaliyug", that in this era of Kaliyug, you get the results of your actions immediately
8. Since "Kaliyug" was supposed to be a "bad era" of cheats, deceits, this law was formed to keep things in check
9. Since it is a law, it should apply to all things good and bad. Therefore, if you do good/great things, you will reap the benefits immediately in this era. That is a great possibility for all those living in this era.
Understanding Money
1. Money is an exchange for the value once can provide
2. Doing business is nothing but, solving a problem for your customer and exchanging money for the value you provided
3. The bigger the problem one can solve, the bigger the value you can provide and hence more the money you can earn
4. Ex: Elon Musk is solving the problem of human existence itself by creating solutions to make humans an interplanetary species, and the result? - He is predicted to become the first Trillionaire. Which is a fair exchange of value.
5. Another law says that you cannot grow your business and hence your money beyond your own self. Therefore, it is important for you to keep growing in all aspects
6. Exchange money in the right way and you will see your business being valued in the right way
7. Would anyone agree to build a beautiful house and keep it cluttered and dirty? Money should be treated the same way
8. Managing money is as important as making it
9. Observe that if you close all the doors and windows of your house and keep just one window open, you will not find air flowing into your house. If you open another window or door, there is a natural path for airflow
10. Money flow also works in a similar way. The more you give for charity and put your money for good use, the more CASH FLOW you naturally create
6 Stages of Business & Its Relationship with Karma
Level 1 - How you Do Business
1. How you do one thing is how you do everything
2. If you do your business based on integrity, honesty, ethics, trust, and the right code of honor, you'll attract similar clients
3. Be truthful with the taxes you pay and do not hoard information about your earnings or the amount of tax you are expected to pay
Level 2 - With Whom you Do Business
1. You are the sum total of the people whom you have close contact with
2. If you allow people with the wrong mindset, heart-set into your circle, you are choosing the wrong people into it.
3. If you promote get rich quick kind of products, you will only attract those who are looking for shortcuts to success
4. Even if those whom you do business with do not have a greater purpose, you are not going to have any karmic benefits out of it, rather it can create a negative impact
Level 3 - How you Use Your Money
1. You may make money the right way, but if you do not spend it the right way, it will impact the money flow
2. Do you put your money for a greater cause and positive impact? Even if the results are not as thought, do you do it with the right intention?
3. the Easiest way to know what you'll spend your money on is to know what you value the most, as told by Dr. D.Martini
4. Do you create cash flow by allocating 10% of your income to charities that you believe in?
Level 4 - How do your Community use Their Money
1. It is important to show the right direction for your community to put their money to correct use
2. This is exactly why you need to have multiple levels of memberships like Silver, Gold, and Diamond to show the right path for your community to grow
3. This level will give a mindset shift that selling is serving so that your community puts their money to the right use
Level 5 - How do your Community or those you associate with Impact Society
1. If those in your association think of a positive impact for their community, it creates a ripple effect of inspiration for your community as well
2. The value you deliver should be transformative in nature for someone who gets into your community so that they can pass on similar results for their community
Level 6 - Work for A Higher cause
1. If your intentions are right, the universe and God will be by your side, just like how Krishna supported Arjuna throughout Mahaabharatha
2. If the cause you work for is beyond your own personal gains and one of service, the god himself will become your charioteer and steer you towards success, just like how Krishna volunteered to be Arjuna's charioteer
3. Work for love, peace, contribution, positive impact and you will see your success reaching heights you didn't imagine
4. Produce more and consume less. Production is about creating abundance.
5. The law of energy states that Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, but it can be converted from one form to another
6. Think about what are you converting your energy into? Creating positive possibility or negativity? And whatever you create, you'll reap the same in abundance

I am 100% agree with Sidharth.
This is the basis of our life. Everybody just observe yourself, you are facing negatives and positives in daily life, just analyse it where it comes from? Then you will get, it came from your Karmas.
Actually this is the law of Universe. The real maths, the real science. If we follow this Karmayoga we can easily success.

The amazing thing that hit me when you spoke about giving 10 % to charity. Very true as I also believe. I follow Islam a born Muslim and I know of a true legend who passed away in Dubai a few years ago who started his life selling stuff on streets and later on became a billionaire and his formula was same. From the day one of his street life to a billionaire, whatever he earned that day, 10 % was taken aside to be given back to the community where it truly belonged. The universal law of action and reaction applies to all facets of life. Good actions attract good results and evil ones get bad results.
The law of Karma is complex they say- If one does good business with the wrong people, people with evil work ethics, their action will also reflect into their account as well.
The money earned in a good business if spent in nefarious activities then also this karma in evil work outside business will catch.
Ethical Business with ethical people and money earned and spent for ethical purposes creates a good Karmic account.
Bhagabat Mahapuran says: Earn wealth through the ethical endeavour and spend the same for noble purposes to serve society and that is the highest Dharma.
I believe in Karma. I learned it from Bhagavad Gita. Good explanation of 6 Levels of karma.
Ur purpose is everything....otherwise u r any other buisnessman....who just wants to hoard money with no intentions of Giving.....

The great law
Also known as the law of cause and effect, the great law is what comes to mind for many people when considering what karma means. It states that whatever thoughts or energy we put out, we get back-good or bad. It’s like sowing and reaping. If you truly are an ethical proprietor, the kindness, knowledge and extraordinary help you bestow on your customers will net you greater returns in terms of revenue, it's true but your intension is everything which responsible for future.

Hi Siddharth! Thanks a lot for this video of great value. Yes, life is not only about profit and money - life is more than that. Of course, money is important and money can do a lot of good things. Money is about how we use it. To me Laws of Karma govern everything. From my childhood, I used to believe in cause and effect relationships i.e. causal relationships. Jim Carey says that life doesn't happen to us - life happens for us.

First Principles : Upgrade Yourself First, and then ask or convince others to invest in your course, bcoz if you value yourself, it's then you have a morale authority asking them to value themselves for the better prospect of other (Customers).

Where money play a most important role, bcoz money acts as a medium of exchange.
If you go through the history long back, when money or currency was not a medium of exchange , there was a Barter system ...
which means ancient people use to exchange goods with eachother, based on their requirements ,during that period tools , Commodities , metals like gold and silver coins..were used as a medium, for exchange of values...then later on...after many years came currency and now a days almost every transaction is Made through Ecs..or online payment....
So since ancient times for a Transaction to happen, Values were exchanged using different form of Medium. Nothing for free
Which is ethical to build better long term Relations.
The term Business and charity are totally different Concept. It should not be mixed with each other.
When you are into Business there has to be exchanged of Values and money has it's own important role, though time, energy or talent can be used as medium of exchange.
It not only helps the giver but also the receiver, bcoz there is value exchange.
6 Different Levels of Karma
Level 1: How you do business ?
Basic level of Karma...
Be clean right from core...
Which means getting your GST no., Showing all the transactions that had happened during the year in Actually, and making tax payment after properly access. Be the origin of you.
Every thing in white ...
So How you do business will come back to you in Business..
Penny wise Pound foolish
Just for sake of saving one penny thinking smart in short term game, will loose a pound in Long term game and thereby fooling ourselves...
Pay all elegible taxes and be transparent in Business.
Level 2 : With whom you do business
Maybe clean... All things in right place
But if you are connected with people whose intention is not right...again it matters a lot
Because
Though all the things are clear and put in right place, but if the people to whom you are connected, have wrong intention ...then also it matters a lot...as Karma is a Complex thing where multiple people are involved in it.
you can also choose with whom you want to do business.. it all depends upon your Energy
'It's your Vibe attracts your tribe'
Especially in knowledge business
A formal, verbal invitation can be given to only those people, who really want to work according to the Principles and Moral Values of Business, which were laid down during the inception of Business, thereby attracting the people with right vibe... And these people are directly connected with our own Value Systems
If we don't have a strong value system , then
there is a possibility of attracting similakind of people carr
you will attract those kind of people who
are carrying similar week values like you.
Level 3
How you use your money
The profit earned from Business should be used in proper and ethical way...
These profits when gets diverted in wrong direction then, and creating negative situation in society will definitely reflect back negatively in Future. As

To Nutrilise negative effects in Business one should do charity.. keeping a certain amount of profit earned.
Hence use the money in right way , and live more cleanand prosperous life, Which clearly impacts to the people around us...

Live a clean and more purposeful life
Live for a Cause not for yourself...and see the difference.
Level 4
How they use their money
It's difficult to control the use of others money
But can be to some extent channelised by encouraging them , through Educating about Charity and morale values.
Charity can happen when you are kind towards others needs and pains.
Level 5
How they impact society
One can earn indirect karmic points of the food deed done by the others who are following you, thus creating a huge positive impact in the society
Inspire others to use their talent and skills to impact the society, and you will be blessed for it , the universe returns its credibility back to you in some or the other form.
Level 6
Work for the higher cause
Do whatever you do, but with right intention and for higher cause.
Your intention determine how far you goin your business life.
Live for a cause be it a big or small..
Live a purposful Life..

most people are giving value but not within the heart. When we do our business with your heart you attract the true people who want to change there way of doing business or start there business.
money The way you spend the way your business goes even your true to people and doing much more value and good in the market (even using money to spoil your health) also going to the loss of your business no one is going to take you out from the failure with no change in the inner core of yourself.
