Matt Neal talks BTCC, 30 years of racing and injury

The Halfords Yuasa Racing squad rocked up to a semi-exclusive test day yesterday to try and get to grips with the Knockhill track ahead of the new season. Matt Neal sat out proceedings as he continues to recuperate from a cycling incident a number of weeks back - leaving the driving up to 2019 title contender Dan Cammish and former three-time BTCC champion Gordon Shedden - who is deputising for Matt until he fully recovers from injury.
In the interview, Dunc and Matt discuss a wide range of topics from his illustrious career as he look to sample his 30th year on the BTCC grid in 2020.
