It doesn't bypass anything, you use the different modes across all the different factory knob settings to increase the pedal performance (except race mode. DO NOT use in conjunction with race mode. Just turn it off if using race mode).
Can someone answer this question for me on madness auto works website the third top light is ECO which says (This mode is designed for stop-and-go city traffic.This mode will improve lower end torque and optimize fuel consumption) yet when you have the go pedal app it is called race mode and I’ve heard that’s the best and fastest mode but I’ve also heard the second top light is the best one which is sport + and on madness website it says (This mode improves your throttle response and optimizes your fuel consumption across RPM range. Perfect for merging and overtaking I’m pretty much wondering which one is the best or what’s the difference between them?
This install looks harder than the 500, lol, I don’t recommend the blue tooth unless you keep it locked in a setting, the valet and anti theft features get a little moody when switching back and forth, as a result of this it’s been decided to just remove it

Does it kill the power when u switch it off? I don't want it the drain the battery when can sits in the garage

I got the same gopaddle, if I leave it plugged while I leave my car in the garage(I drive once a week) will it drain the battery?
