Over 300+++ great family dog breeds. But no, Cesar "needs" to waste his time and energy on an aggressive fight-to-the-death-in-pits breed. Fear exists for good reason, and does NOT need to be "overcome" with aggressive pit breeds. All respect LOST and gone.

She's a narcissist. I suspect the only reason she wants that dog is so she can say "Look at me with my dangerous dog". By taking the leash, Brent had taken away an opportunity for her to be the centre of attention. That's why she was mad at him. I'm so glad that he saw that he was wasting his time with her.
I had a dog who was way too crazy energy for me. I loved him, but I couldn't give him what he needed. So I found him an owner where they were perfect together. Say you're an immature asshole without saying it. They BOTH said that they were not compatible with EACH OTHER. She said she realized she was a different person being around him. When she was with him she had 0 control over herself or the dog. Without the guy, she was able to to get back to who she was and you can see that in how the dog reacted around her as opposed to when she was with Brent.
The guy had better dog energy and understood he didn't have the tools. She is a problem and it's a shame she let a good one go. He'll be fine, I hope she gets her basics together. She should watch this back regularly
This woman is afraid that the dog will bond with her boyfriend and not her. She is insecure and should not be responsible for rescuing dogs right now. She’s too selfish to put the dog’s needs above her own. She’s definitely not a good owner for this dog 🐶
This should be upvoted to the top. This is 100% on the money. You've hit all the issues playing out here. She's the last person that should be trying to rescue dogs. Work on fixing your entire personality before you try to help dogs or enter another relationship.
Sounds like yet another modern woman who doesn't understand that effort has to be made to establish a bond with another living thing...human, dog or otherwise. She is not wife material. She is not mother material. She is not dog parent material.
I feel it's more like she's using the dog as an excuse to not change and be better so she could be with her bf. Also the way she expected / taught him to treat her was too low of a standard for him (+ she should want more from a guy then that anyway)
She wants to know what changes she needs to make to keep the dog...change and work on herself. Brent should consider himself blessed to have escaped this relationship.

I agree. She's an idiot to choose a vicious dog over a good human.not very intelligent or maybe just spoilt ungrateful narcissism at work, they're NEVER WRONG until someone is almost or really savaged and it has to be them.
I was bitten by an alsation the other day and I have a huge bruise and swelling on my hand that thankfully was under a thick jacket. It's lips were back lunging afterwards and it really is making me consider reporting it . Just since I asked the girl if it bit and she in seeming denial said no?? It's bite force was very very painful and at 8 months surely she must have known it was a biter. I am really concerned about all the kids in the neighbourhood and the fact she's not accepting the dog is dangerously out of control. Lunging teeth bared and no correction to biting a stranger, she acted like it was normal and my hand hurt for 15 minutes, purple puncture wounds followed by my hand swelling in a massive bruise. If that was an elderly person or even another dog, I have no doubt she is not a pack leader and the dog of fully grown could overpower and even maul her? I don't understand an adult woman clearly struggling just to walk this aggressive dog, telling strangers its not dangerous. I liked the girl but I think her dog is a threat to her, other people and my energy was calm, it was just maybe a mentally psychopathic dog, if we can get other mental illness in dogs I don't see why there aren't any that might just be untrainable because they enjoy hurting people and other animals when they least expect it. It's biting a rottweiler and I hope that rottweiler turns and puts it in its place like cesears dogs do. Give it a dog that bites back.

100% exactly what i saw. 52 year on Earth here and i have seen it all (relationship-wise) and psychology too. You hit the nail on the head. This poor woman doesn't understand her own ego mind and blames all her insecurities on everyone other than herself!
The dogs are an outlet of fixing problems outside of herself. This is why it's unhealthy. She's trying to fix HER in the dogs. She must humble herself and desire healing. Or the dogs in her care will suffer emotionally and mentally from.her misplaced efforts.
I discovered Cesar when I had some rescue dogs together that didnt get a long.. Since then our home doggy population increased to 10 and using his techniques they all got along ... Sadly many years later due to old age and sickness some have left us as and we are now down to six.. I am forever greatful for the knowledge that I've gained from Cesar..

It's always somebody else's fault, don't cha know . . Sometimes, a person will want something or someone because it's an ego-challenge, it's a competition, a prize to win, a chance for their ego to feel exalted if they do well. It can manifest as greed, coveting, competition, conflict, blame, or winning a prize, but after they get it, they aren't very interested. People can do this with relationships, they can want someone, but then when they get them, they neglect them or treat them badly. It was the ego-challenge that was driving them, not the prospect of relationship.
Titan did Brent a huge favor... Alas, Titan is now stuck with Eileen. I hope that Brent got snatched up by a lovely young woman and is now living happily with her. He's a keeper.
It's really nice to see a couple recognise that they're incompatible and move on in a mature, amicable way. This should become more normalised so people don't feel trapped/miserable in a relationship. Glad the lovely dog will have a more calm environment.
would have been better without the blame. it's human nature i know i do it too! however, in EVERY failed relationship the parties each bear responsibility LOVE how Cesar stays balanced throughout.
Yes, it's a shame but sometimes it's just not right.. the dog showed them that and also taught her to be more calm, patient and in control (with a little help from Cesar!)
This girls should not I’ve been told she should take him home. She does not have the emotional stability or skills to handle him and is putting a lot of people in danger. I know this is quite old so I’d love to know if this Doug ever attacked and hurt anyone.
She had no respect for Brent and maybe Brent was a bit too much of a gentleman to put his foot down with her. She's too much of a control junkie to be with a nice guy. She puts him down and berates him in front of the world and that's a HUGE red flag.
I just love watching your videos. I'm so glad her boyfriend called you. In the beginning I really thought she was very immature but the problem was that she and her boyfriend were not compatible at all!!! Thank you Cesar for rehabilitating Titan and in the process helped his owners realize they were not compatible with each other. Another job well done!!
His knowledge of dog psychology is amazing, but even more amazing is his positive energy he brings to not just the animals but the people he works with. You can’t have one without the other and it’s easier to work with an animal, and train them, than it is to train the human. So I find his ability to work with all sorts of dysfunctional, insecure, weak, lack luster and low energy, those lacking confidence in themselves on every thing on a severe level, plain dumb, flighty, clueless people, stubborn, arrogant, ignorant… he works with them all and is able to make a lot of head way which in turn allows these beautiful animals to have a much better, much healthier and balanced life.
19:15: Man…she ain’t worth it…just walk away. If she is going to prioritise the dog over you….you are better off. Find another girl who is more understanding and willing to work with you than someone who is always😢finding fault with you.
In biology a child cannot survive and flourish ( Think Prince Harry). Thee degree that a woman loves a child equals the love of a man for the woman. The family needs that protector. I am talking degree, that is I am not saying the woman does not love the man. She probably does. (Santa I want it all.) She is in dog rescue, also means she has more love than most women. She has more love than most women. The part of her that loves the dog is the same part that loves a child. Would you tell you girl friend to get rid of her child? Some men have, ask me about my mother. (She got rid of 4 children, she did not put them down. Ages 15, 14, 9 and the boy was 7).That dog is emotionally her child. She cannot choose to get rid of the dog, if Cesar rehabilitates the dog, then he trains both humans. Cesar will show the man that Cesar has helped the dog and he must then train both humans. The guy must feel he can have some control over the dog. His fears must be address. The woman needs her guy to love her enough to be supportive. He has been in the past. This is normally the woman's role. Most men are too selfish to do this but do not hesitate to demand it from their spouse. There are some very loving husbands. You want to see God's love? Look at mother and her child. A woman will give all the food to a child if he needs it. There are women who won't do this but they are not mothers. They are surrogates. The world may call them mothers but they are not

@ARKV7191 if you read the entire comment you would see that I stated your position. To her emotion and feelings it is a child. I was referring to love. The problem comes in that the man would have to love her enough to do a role reversal. This role is demanded by a man from his wife, but most men would never agree to take on the same role himself. Please pay attention to the word most, not all. What I was talking about was Sociology, the family unit and each role in the family. Her love for the dog is as strong as the love for a child. Her belief system is telling her that if she doesn't do this, then the dog will die and it will be her fault. After that she would probably leave her husband to punish herself sufficiently for being the worst human on the planet. I am talking about squishy feelings that men hate to talk about. The down and dirty is how much can you love. Ever heard of the biological clock. The dog is a substitute for a baby and does not cost as much.
@@maleahlock what that sort of attitude she had it seems she decided to call off and later informed her bf…. She was bitching about everything rather than finding a solution.
So many comments show they haven't had a difficult dog in their lives. We have a rescue right now and your videos have changed our lives Ceasar, thank you. Lyria is a vey sensitive dog, dog home howner said she was dominant but she has never shown that sort of trait with other dogs or us, but she is very over-energetic at times, still a bit anxious. (Romanian homeless bred), came to Germany, and we adopted her. We love her more than anything, but we really have had to put down a lot of effort the past 4 months to work with her, train her, keep her active. It's been a huge change in our lives and I'm sure, her life as well. Which is what I keep reminding my fiance of, but she did agree to take Lyria home as my birthday gift, and I will make it my mission to give our dog the best life she can possible have. I love her more than anything, she deserves the best. She isn't easy somedays, but that's life. None of us are perfect, and dogs deserve so much more than many give them.
I want to reiterate that thanks to you we are doing alright with her, but without your videos I'm not sure I would really have much of a chance. She is a very difficult dog to read at times, and very sensitive to corrections. She doesn't need much sometimes, and sometimes just a little bit more. And then sometimes when you do a bit too much, she gets real temperamental. BUt she is such a good dog. So smart ( which is also what makes some things difficult. )
For anyone reading this: I know that dog training can be difficult sometimes, but you're doing great. Keep up the good work, and your dog (and your own sanity) will thank you for it! ❤️💕
She had a big heart to rescue that poor animal. She gave him a home and a lot of love but she couldn't handle the dog's temperament. Nobody is perfect.

Many people say that I'm pretty soulless person in regard to homeless, addicts, criminals, illegals, etc... But as I have this on in the background as I'm doing an art project and I hear Cesar say he wants to give this pit a second (3rd or 4th most likely) chance by taking his to the psychology center, I got a little teary. These poor dogs don't have anyone fighting for them, but Cesar is always stepping up.

I think that Titan is the hero here, He pointed out the problem with Cesar's help to a relationship that was unhealthy and doomed. I don't think blame should be placed on anyone here, but eyes were opened and some soul searching was done for a great outcome to all.
I saw this one a while back. I always enjoying watching Cesar working and teaching people and their dogs. It helps me remember things. The energy or body language of both human and pet should be balanced. If one is not balanced, then the other will pick up and that will make that one not in sync.
How remarkable that a girl can adjust her attitude to keep a dog happy, but unable to control her temper and show respect and kindness to her boyfriend. In the end, Brent has taken a painful but necessary decision to walk away from Eileen. He cared for her enough to reach out to Cesar to help them, but her defeatist attitude got in the way, and it was easier for her to blame Brent's presence. I hope he can find a girl who will respect him and value him.
I can honestly say that this is the very first time that I do not agree with my decades long hero, Cesar. This gal has a big heart, and I applaud her desires to rescue dogs. But she continues to demonstrate that her own energy is not a good match for Titan. She also clearly demonstrated that her own desires for self continue to be at the forefront of her mind. No judgement. Simply an observation. I cannot help but think that problems are going to develop sooner rather than later.
But notice that César has left the door open for her to bring Titan back to the Dog Psychology Center, where he can find a happy home when the woman finally realizes that she is not the best companion for this dog.
Aileen needs a man like Cesar. Women are usually aggressive like this because they don’t have a strong man. And I’m not saying that as if a man should “put her in her place,” but rather, a woman puts her defenses down when she feels protected & like the strong, yet calm man is in charge (just like Cesar). Brent needs a woman who’s much calmer and agreeable by nature because he’s more pulled back (he’s probably been demeaned for a while in his life, not just by Aileen because there was never a strong man around to protect the group when he was younger). Thank you for coming to my TED talk lol

_It is commendable that Brent made a mature decision to end his relationship with this woman. Her emotional immaturity and lack of respect for him were evident, making it clear that their relationship was not sustainable.

Now she is a proud pibble mommy and will always chose the Dog over another human being. The whole experience did nothing to help her humanity.
Cesar is the man… so happy and grateful for this learning experience ❤
19:15: Man…she ain’t worth it…just walk away. If she is going to prioritise the dog over you….you are better off. Find another girl who is more understanding and willing to work with you than someone who is always😢finding fault with you.
In biology a child cannot survive and flourish ( Think Prince Harry). Thee degree that a woman loves a child equals the love of a man for the woman. The family needs that protector. I am talking degree, that is I am not saying the woman does not love the man. She probably does. (Santa I want it all.)
She is in dog rescue, also means she has more love than most women.

Dude had a lucky escape... But doggo ran out of luck
So smart ( which is also what makes some things difficult. )

I saw this one a while back. I always enjoying watching Cesar working and teaching people and their dogs. It helps me remember things. The energy or body language of both human and pet should be balanced. If one is not balanced, then the other will pick up and that will make that one not in sync.
I saw the breakup coming.
The lady’s got a big attitude
How remarkable that a girl can adjust her attitude to keep a dog happy, but unable to control her temper and show respect and kindness to her boyfriend. In the end, Brent has taken a painful but necessary decision to walk away from Eileen. He cared for her enough to reach out to Cesar to help them, but her defeatist attitude got in the way, and it was easier for her to blame Brent's presence. I hope he can find a girl who will respect him and value him.
I’m addicted to the videos! ❤
She might be fine with the dog. As long as she remains single.
