Depends on the priest and maybe the diocese. Most priests in our archdiocese take one day off a week. Even then, if something major comes up, they are still on call.
I make a play on words with the fact that I am a priest of the Diocese of Superior. Just as a priest of the Diocese of Chicago would be a Chicago Priest, I am a Superior Priest.

Try not to take that TOO literally, dude. Most of us were sired by a man whom we call Dad, Daddy, or Father, so we've already "violated" Matthew 23:9 from the day we learned to speak. Unless of course we call our dad "Bonehead", but then we've violated one of the 10 Commandments about honoring our parents. It's a no-win situation for y'all literalists, so best to let it go!
They have like a whole community of children they have to take care of spirituality .. And its from all ages young and old and his spiritual parenting is so important maybe even more than normal parenting cause they lead to your eternal home with Jesus !
