The auction idea was great! I neat addition to it would be maybe if you have left over money you can buy items, a learn move, egg move, etc. That way there is a incentive to spending less on weaker mons and more strategy involved.

I like this concept! And Quick using a 50 power Charge Beam from a Darmanitan with a base 30 Sp. Atk instead of Precipice Blades is maybe the biggest fumble I've seen either of these guys do in a video 😂

Might have been fun to be able to offer money to the other player as well. Like, if you get a trash mon, you could offer 25 dollars to the other person if they'll take it. Keep money in the game, accept a weaker mon in exchange for a chance to pay more for a legend later.

I really love this premise, and there are so many ways to tweak the rules a bit for variety. Gotta come back to this one again later. Truly top notch work guys.

Awesome match, loved the reverse sweep! I thought it was over for sure when Zacian fainted. Cool concept too for the bid wars on pokemon.
That was an unexpected comeback. Did not expect Arctovish to (slowly but surely) sweep QuickGG’s team.
Normalize was pretty helpful in this case. While it made Ancient Power and Oblivion Wing normal, it also gave them an extra 20% boost in power which helped make them more viable considering they weren’t STAB moves.
Edit: After reading the replies and doing some research into Normalize, Normalize only grants a 20% boost in power. So it is weaker than a STAB boost which is 50%. So I altered the comment to not be misleading.
I'm so confused by what STAB is being talked about here. They mentioned it in the video too. Arctovish is a water/ice type pokemon, not a normal pokemon, so how is there a STAB bonus?

Maybe boosted a little means boosted as if it was stab? I'm not sure
@@NovusIgnis yea you're right there is no stab bonus, but the boost of normalize is 50% and STAB multiplier is 1.5 so the boost is the same as STAB
normalize also boosts the moves, maybe that boost is equivalent to the stab boost? I'm not sure though@@NovusIgnis
@@biledox5576 I thought that too but when I looked it up it was only a 20% boost, compared to STAB's 50%. It's still a boost sure. I guess it's enough to consider it a boost.

You guys should do an All-Star draft. You each go back and choose 10 Pokémon from your own teams that destroyed the competition, or were super OP, and then you guys draft them.

I loved both of these guys videos for a while, but Chillin talking about OSRS in the middle of the battle made me like him even more now
I mean, with his challenge videos being called "Then we fight," I figured he had some osrs roots.
Hope to see more auction ideas. It was really cool. Maybe after each time one of you wins this challenge you give the other person 25$ more for the next one until they win. Can make a whole series out of it.

Not using the only stab move on darmanitan, and using the weakest sp.atk move, was so painful to watch. He just saw super effective and was like "hell yeah"

This was a cool video to watch! Both of them having to be careful with their “money”. When they get to auction a Pokémon or to skip a Pokémon. Because they never know if the next Pokémon will be better or worse then the last one

This was a good idea. Might want to give Draft Pick a try where you both catch a pool of 8-12 Pokemon each and then both of you Draft Pick from the 16-24 Pool.

That was a really great challenge. I would love to see it again, maybe with a bit more pokedollars but also that you are always paying for a skip. This time it was more like searching for the right pokemon like.
Also maybe a variation on this challenge is that a 3rd person if you have someon available catches a certain amount of pokemon for you and you only get the pokedex entry as information to bid on the pokemon or skip it

Very cool idea guys !!!! As for new videos ideas. Make this one with a twist. Almost same rules but you encounter pokemons alternately and if nobody wants the 'mon, the trainer that encountered it has to pay 15 to skip it. Also when somebody bought a pokemon that has horrible moveset let him skip it for 15.

Challenge idea:
Both catch 10 pokemon and select a team from those. The twist being the person who's video it is has to decide whether to switch teams with the other person. They get to see the other's pokemon but not moves or abilities.
So basically a lot of potential mind games, not wanting to catch pokemon that are too strong in case the team is switched. Weak pokemon with great move set and abilities become interesting as well taking amazing pokemon that have no moves.
this is dope concept would also be cool to do it again and no moveset and ability and potential random types

Id love a redo but where you MUST bid on every pokemon, whoever wins the auction can choose to keep, or give the other person the pokemon. That way, you have to bid on everyone, since if the other wins you might get a really bad one.
