How to make the best patty melt

want a patty melt that will hit the spot as well as impress your friends that can't afford to eat out? ha! here is a simple recipe for a patty melt that everyone will enjoy. i didn't show me adding salt to the meat because it really is personal preference on this one. sometimes the cheese you use has enough salt in it to cover for the meat.
