Excellent question💪. If you don't have another cleaner to come in as 'back up' then the honest answer is you. This is one of the reasons why I discuss hiring a manager. Part of a manager's job is to make sure this doesn't happen and you won't have to worry about things such cleaning yourself.
I understand where you're coming from. I've had to do this in the beginning and it was some good experience, but it was never in my interest to keep doing so with my wife. It took so much time and energy, we were exhausted. The profit was great, but we had no time for any growth or new accounts to add on since we were the only cleaners with only so much time in a day. When I first started, I was intimidated by taking on these larger offices, but once I landed my first one I realized not only were they more profitable they were much easier to manage. 💪

I feel you should start small with small accounts and as you grow hire.do the cleaning your self.
