My chemistry is barely rudimentary, so i don't know what else the reaction products could be Based on my research there is NaOCl, HCl and CaC2 in this mixture, which to my basic understanding seems to be the perfect for H2 and O2 "radicals" (that is not the right word is it? Radicals would be H1 which in turn would also be explosive?) NaCl and maybe some sort of CaCl? The Carbon Gas would probably become Mon- and Dioxide, plus pure Carbon in the smoke?
@iamafraidofwomen that is literally just coal, diamonds, whatever. Also i am pretty sure this is wrong, there are some similar experiments in text form when you google for long enough.

No, it makes chlorine gas and acetylene. Chlorine gas then oxidizes acetylene
