As a heads up I just realized the bottom of the antenna has a magnet and it's a pretty strong one. I put it on the side of my computer tower pretty easily.
I salute your clarification that not all TV stations broadcast in HD. Also, I might add that this antenna would have worked before the switch to digital. The promotional picture is also somewhat misleading because HBO is not available without a cable subscription. Another hallmark that an antenna may be from a disreputable manufacturer is a habit of deeply exaggerated range claims far in excess of 100 miles.
Plus it doesn't matter how wonderful the antenna is if there is atmospheric interference or weather pattern change the most expensive antenna in the world will not help. The signal is the signal.

Thanks
My mother lives outside of town but this set up helped me get her up and running on her local channels. Thanks very much for the help!

Can you try that on Google TV
I imagine so. As long as you have a coaxial connection on the television and it allows you to scan channels you're good to go.
Literally one of the worst videos I have ever watched in all my years on the Internet. Wow. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Glad you liked it. Apparently you haven't watched your own videos.
