The time is reduced at every level. Once you reach lvl 10, it's 1 hour. That's not why you maxed out hard rattan - maxing it out is why it only takes 1 hour.
I didn't know once you max them out they are all 1 hour, thats cool. As for them being the same amount of time. In season 1 I have reflective metal at a level 6 and it still takes 6 hours but I have Firm Birch at a level 4 and it only takes 2 hours, I believe there is 1 material in every season that takes longer than the others, I just wonder if you max it out will it also only be an hour to make after that?
@Knight Viper Studios Yeah, there are 2 categories of materials - 2 hour & 6 hour. Maxed out production cuts those times in half. I was unsober when I left my original comment.
Yea our alliance broke up into groups and we each chose a piece to produce. Kinda ridiculous after maxing out you still only have a 1% chance of getting the orange pieces. Dangee after making the hundreds of pieces it would be at least 10% i mean come on! Insane!
100% agree, even exchanging the material it is still taking me a while now. Im not sure if they messed with the algorithm but I feel like the process is slower than it use to be. They need to increase the success rate of orange materials and gear to keep everyone interested in the forge.
Hey can you make a video regarding gear modifiers and what the advantages are of the red gears my understanding is it increases the 4 piece buff but I can not find enough information on it to make up my mind if I want to actually invest in modifiers
Yeah the red gear takes the buff and amplifies it for example the reaper 2nd skill is 35% Defense ignored when dealing damage but when its red that buff is increased to 50%. Here is a web page that has 2 charts showing the bonus before and after upgrading to red gear. Just go to the page and hit the expand button to open up the charts. last-fortress-underground.fandom.com/wiki/Gear
I can only exchange 1 item at a time also but I have a slide bar that looks like I could trade more. It may be in the new update. They are now charging $4.99 a month for a subscription that makes it so you get a higher chance at good gear and I think increasing the amount you can exchange is part of that but I have not purchased it yet. If I find out any more info I'll let you know.
The first forging bar is 100 for the guaranteed purple gear. The second bar is bigger, its 500 for the orange epic gear. So you only need to fill bar twice, but you're right the amount is equivalent of 5 or 6 times.
I did the exact same thing but for a few seasons. I just assumed that it was based strictly on luck so I ruled it out, turns out nope just fill up the bar at the top and you get good gear. I'm using it a lot now too
The higher you upgrade the more chance you have at purple parts, its still a lower chance, even when fully upgraded you will still get a mix of blue and purple. I have even seen people get orange material, although i have several items maxed and i have not gotten orange yet.
If you look at the hero stats and they have STR or INT as the higher number they will have gear that is labeled STR or INT. As far as the specific gear you just play around with your lineup and see what works best. I tend to look at my teammate or the arena and see what they are rolling with to get a better idea. Basically you want your tanks to wear gear that protects them more or directs damage to them. You want your damage dealers to have gear that amplifies their skills.
Thats odd, you may need an update. New gear also comes out each season, you may have not unlocked it yet but if it still gives you issues you can write their customer support and see if they can fix it.
Orange gear can be made in the forge, I made a gear forge video that explains more on that, you can check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/QytcAXMHIi0/v-deo.html To get red gear you have to use gear modifiers, its a specific item in the game. Orange gear gets your gear to level 20 and after refining gear with modifiers you can upgrade the gear to level 30 and it will be red. I found some good info about it on this page: last-fortress-underground.fandom.com/wiki/Gear Hope this helps
my Forge and Produce selectors in the upper left corner have a green arrow on them as to level up.. what is the next step to that or is there a step? Thanks
Im not too sure on that. I dont think I have seen a green arrow on the forge or materials. I have seen it on gear and it just means that you can click on the gear and enhance it. Let me know if you find out what your arrows are, might be something new.
Yeah, it makes it so you can add more materials to the queue, each level gives you a little more that you can add. As far as gear forging goes, like making epic gear, it doesnt seem to help with that. Ive been told the monthly card helps with epic gear, but whenever I bought it I didnt see a difference in getting better gear. There are also policy cards that can help with production speed in the forge.
In my dicord under the Gear channel, scroll to the bottom of that channel and click on whatever season you want to download. It will take you to a document, you cant type on that one because its a shared resource but you can download it and then its yours to type on. I have screenshots on the Gear section showing you how to do it as well.
I still see players use season 1 gear and winning a lot, but there are a few distinctive gear pieces that dominate the others, for example season 3 Resolute gear seems to be the most wanted for many players because it keeps your heroes alive longer so they can do their special and makes you win. There is also mental control which your tank can wear and it will redirect damage to them, so that all your other heroes live longer and the tank can typically take the abuse. Then you have super core in season 5, this one is interesting because it adds focus to your heroes which is like adding luck, it makes them use their special faster. With all that gear they will live longer and use their special often, which typically will give you an edge against the competition.
New KVS vid! Awesome. Sharing it with the alliance discord now! And there is a free download?!! Nice.
Awesome, thank you! Hope it helps everyone
Great video per usual.
Thank you!
Nice video mate!! 💪
Thank you! Your videos are awesome too!

Thanks KV!
Anytime! Thanks for watching
Just wondering, how can you exchange more items of the same thing for other items ? now i can only exchange 1 item each time ? @help !
I can only exchange 1 item at a time also but I have a slide bar that looks like I could trade more. It may be in the new update. I believe that you need 500 forging points to guarantee an epic gear piece, so worst case, you will need to fill the forging bar 5 times.
The first forging bar is 100 for the guaranteed purple gear. The second bar is bigger, its 500 for the orange epic gear. So you only need to fill bar twice, but you're right the amount is equivalent of 5 or 6 times.
Our team is on s1 and i totaly didnt use this forge in s0, facepalm to my head. S1 now and im using it a lot.
I did the exact same thing but for a few seasons. I just assumed that it was based strictly on luck so I ruled it out, turns out nope just fill up the bar at the top and you get good gear. I'm using it a lot now too
Ok so I'm focusing on one item to produce, but it’s only producing blue parts. Why?
The higher you upgrade the more chance you have at purple parts, its still a lower chance, even when fully upgraded you will still get a mix of blue and purple. I have even seen people get orange material, although i have several items maxed and i have not gotten orange yet.
how do you know what gear for each hero to wear ?
If you look at the hero stats and they have STR or INT as the higher number they will have gear that is labeled STR or INT. @@Knightviper777 ok
How can i make red gear or Orange, please explain

Does the level of gear factory really matter much?
Yeah, it makes it so you can add more materials to the queue, each level gives you a little more that you can add. Where is the spreadsheet??

So I was told that once you get to season 6 you just should focus on seasons 3,5 and 6's gear. Do you belive that?
I still see players use season 1 gear and winning a lot, but there are a few distinctive gear pieces that dominate the others, for example season 3 Resolute gear seems to be the most wanted for many players because it keeps your heroes alive longer so they can do their special and makes you win.
