Nice! I have a 66 gto I'd love to have restored. Big $$. Starting with the running gear and suspension upgrades. Any idea about the cost of a frame off restoration? Comments welcome.
I have a SERIOUS question. I have a chevelle thinking about getting it acid dip, but i was told the VIN# would melt. What did you guys do regarding that?
We love serious questions! Your VIN tag should be affixed via two rosette shaped rivets. Sometimes they're upside-down. Simply drill them out and the VIN should follow. You can find the aforementioned rivets on the www should you want to affect a correct installation of the tag. Good luck!!!!
I have a 70 Malibu (chevelle cosmetic clone) bought it like that. It's been sitting for years there are clear signs of rust on side skirts and throughout the body. What is the typical cost of this process.. I'm thinking this is going to be needed to be done before anything else.
Great video and love the song. Eric Johnson getting some love.
Long live classic cars.
Loved the video... I have to get my truck done
Where is this being done at? I have a 68' elCamino that I may look into getting done
I wanna do that for a living . How do I get started
