Gold standard video of how to share making a gadget: Clear, concise, fast paced. Excellent.

A friend sent me this today to help solve a problem. It’s almost perfect. What is your power supply?

Nice project and thanks for sharing! I have a question - is it possible to do it with Real time clock module? How to control the delay itself with the RTC?

What's the point if you just copy the code from someone else. By doing that it's just like using solder to make jewels.

+Anast Gramm The code isn't stolen, I'm using someone else library but am using my own code.

What's the point if you're just copying a programming language that was developed by someone else? By doing that it's just like using clay to make people.

which part of this was DIY?

yeah mate, saw you take an interface that someone else designed and manufactured, which you wired to an Arduino platform that someone else designed, built, and were kind enough to supply wiring instructions for you to follow, controlled by an Atmel Micro which yet another engineer and the company he works for, designed and manufactured and then download a library that someone else wrote, followed by a sketch that someone else wrote, debugged and released that you don't seem to understand given some of your replies to comments.
OK, there was some maths, and writing and scissors... but the lions share of the work was done by someone else. You didn't even modify the code. So, aside from a bit of colouring in and cutting out.... what again, was DIY about this?
Don't get me wrong, good vid, clear, concise, for the things it explained, but I already know how to follow instructions, write, use scissors and google. I just fail to see how this could be considered to be "Do It Yourself" given that mostly, this project is assembled from products built, interfaced and programmed by other people.

+Jimmeh B so according to you unless someone mines the copper themselves creates all the ICs and writes the code in their own version of binary it isn't DIY? Yes I've used already made microcontrollers and a library by sometime else but I did write the code myself.
If you built a birdhouse would it not be DIY because you bought already cut wood?

get off the grass mate. You know what I mean.
And I stand corrected, since you wrote the code, I apologise. That does make the difference.
