Marlborough's Athey Likes Dollar No Matter What Fed Does

James Athey of Marlborough Investment Management is bullish on the dollar. The greenback is poised to gain if bets on central bank easing prove to be overstated -- and if the Federal Reserve does cut rates because of a slowdown, the currency still will benefit because traders see it as haven, he says on ``Bloomberg Brief.''
