Pet Symmetry is the playful pop-punk/power-pop project of emo stalwart Even Weiss and his close friends. What started as an escape from the serious, introspective nature of their other projects (Into It. Over It, Dowsing) evolved into a full-fledged band formed to remind you that listening to music can still be an enjoyable experience. As an Into it. Over It. fan, having never listened to Pet Symmetry before, his vocal style sounds a lot like Motion City Soundtrack. At least in the first song here
this band seems like they have truly embraced the meme, and that's a really nice thing to see.

I saw these guys live in Peoria, IL a couple years ago and they were amazing live. Ever since I saw them live, they've been in my top favorite bands of all time. Such a great band!

Does anybody know what guitar the guitarist is playing? The headstock appears to say Gibson. I don't think I've ever seen it before.
It's called a Gibson L6S. Made from '73 to '79. Was supposed to be a cheaper version of the L5. Fun fact, it's one of Gibson's first two-octave necks!
