History books tell us how our ancestors learned to use fire. This beautiful video shows us how wrong that is, because Our ancestors didn't USE fire, - they made friend with fire.
This just feels like another depiction of how indigenous are savages. Two hunters killing a bear for sport? No I don't think so. First off if they are indigenous they would be warriors. They wouldn't kill for sport they would hunt to provide supplies not just food for the village. Very confusing how they just left the body there and walked away with the fire. I saw a commenter before this one that noted this is way better than Disney and it's honestly the same concept as Disney and the rest of Hollywood. Not everyone in Hollywood of course. I'm glad you made this comment because I know now that it's just another perpetuation of the same old story played out over and over as old as time that pushes the narrative. That disgraces and disrespects the culture of mine and many others. 🙏🌎💚🌍💚🌏🙏
@@RiverkeeperEmberStar Thank you for your comment friend 🙏 I don't think the two hunters just left the body for good. They went home to get the other men in their tribe. The nod the one gave to the fire ball to come with them is very important: They brought the fire to their home. When they got fire, they got protection from wild animals, and they eventually figured out to cook. ❤️
Fire was the first revolutionary asset for survival of the early humans. Nowadays we really take not much amuse to it, that goes to show the pace of time and evolution. A truly fascinating thing it is!

How can a heart felt short indie prehistoric fantasy could be far superior than what Disney and DreamWorks puts out now?
Because Disney has no heart. This short has heart.
