These are beautiful apartments but that price is NYC price. For someone to afford this, they must be earning about $10k a month. Uganda has few of these living here. Unless the intension is to create a housing bubble.

There is a lot of stolen money floating around in Uganda. The corruption there is shocking. 60B Shillings disappeared in the Bank of Uganda recently. The top government and well connected people have sacks full of cash stolen from the government in their houses. They buy such apartments with cash, Range Rovers with cash, and they buy $200 dollar whisky. Money stolen from the government and plenty of it.
