You inspired me to start my own youtube channel. I've been watching your videos ever since I got an aap-01 a few months ago. Thanks for all your knowledge, you've helped me out a lot with my aap-01 pistols.
Hi, do you have any problems with the gas inlet hole on the nozzle? Mine is flat and the Gaskets on all my Glock magazines are rounded, except for the gasket on the magazine that came with the AAP01 which is flat. Do you know if you can use a more standard nozzle which is more rounded on the bottom where the gas inlet hole is?
Hi dude i wondered if you could help me, my hammer and hammer spring broke so i replaced both and since then its now lacking power which im putting down to the strength of the spring. I've used cct 140% guarder 150% and stock we. Have you had this happen or know a fix?
Out of curiosity, if I install the nozzle spring, do I have to change out the valve spring as well? And if so, which would you recommend? I'm building for longevity more so than performance. I want the thing to last me a long time.
@@djshyproductions Hey! I seem to have the same problem I think.. With my hpa adaptor when turning the pressure too high it started to jam.. Discovered that the adaptor was leaking when I pushed forward on it after a jam but that if I hold the mag backward it would shoot fine in semi-auto so I just added some tape on the front of the mag to make it snug so I don't have to push it backward. It also shoots in full-auto but it's horrible, it could make a bad, very bad, airsoft flamethrower just so you can imagine the spray.. It seems to shoots some bbs and some are rolling out or hitting eachothers in the barrel or I don't know what's happening, I figured it might be a feeding problem 🤔
It really isn’t that bad. It’s very very easy to take apart which is one the the big reasons this gun is popular. Only problems I had was the sticky slide and the hop up with gets delivered with the hop up all the way up by default. You just have to slightly lower it so the bbs don’t just fall out.

We mags are all flat at the top and such is aap01 also. Those all work
Do you have a build guide for your aap?

Were did you get that upper receiver? Whats it called?
Is there a compatible blowback spring for a different model or is the blowback spring size unique to the AAP?

how many short strokes do you use? or what is your approximate length of short stroke?
I use about 10mm worth of shims mate
@@webbytech3019 okay great! I have to play around with my short stroke length as I get misfeeding with my hpa adapter but feeds fine with green gas…

@@louis9293to go full auto you need a mag that can keep up with the blowback speed. Some mags just can’t feed bbs fast enough.
Should I buy the aap01???
It looks problematic

One of the down sides is you cant use co2 cartridges. You can only use propane or green gas. But once you get the gas it’s not a big deal lol.
@@FIatDietSoda well I mean, c02 would break the internals but yeah.
@@hayman1222 well other airsoft pistols can use cartridges. I just wish ap had that.
@@FIatDietSoda well other pistols that use c02 have reinforced internals just for c02.
