Hi Richard, i have stage 1 challenger with Indian oval slip on's. The exhaust note is nice and deep but not loud enough. Would you say that the mid pipe makes it even more deeper and louder? What i am afraid is the the high frequency drag pipe sounding notes that i dont like. What is your opinion?
I’m getting exactly set up on my 2020 challenger but a lot of people are saying that is not good to install a cat Delete on the bike because performance and that I will void my warranty, do you experience any issue with the bike ?? Thanks
I have Rinehart slip-ons. I removed the stock catalytic converter (the pipe that connects the two head pipes under the bike) and replaced it with the Tab crossover pipe.
That's a fire-breathing dragon now!
Now that was a great, well thought out comparison between the two. Thank you for going though all the trouble to do it right.
Incredible comparison. Night and day
Great job Richard, thank you for sharing. Can't wait for my Rinehart to come in. Ride safe
Nice comparison video. Sounds freaking awesome. I’ll be doing this upgrade soon.
Yep, got me sold! Thank you for this video.
Wow, I thought it sounded pretty good before! Thank you for this.
Well done. I appreciate the time and effort it took to make this video.
I'm probably just old but I liked the with catalytic converter better. The free flow would get droning after a short time, at least to my ears.
Wow man, what a difference!
Richard, please answer the questions we have posted. Thank you in advance!
I didn't notice any loss in performance
Oh yeah!! Sounds awesome. Are you running PC or just do Indian flash? Doing a freedom Performance install on a challenger this weekend.
Have you gone on any longer rides since you change out? If so, how's the volume when you're cruising? Get any droning?
Been on a 2 hour ride and no issues with noise. Under 2500 RPMs is just a nice deep rumble, but nothing crazy.
Did you loose any performance? I’m very interested to know!
link for the pipe?

Your Rineharts sounds deeper in my opinion.
Yes, it should make a noticeable difference in both the tone and volume
Very well done!
Can you still hear your stereo just fine with that added volume. I do think it sounds fantastic, but I'd hate to not be able to hear my music.

No issues at all. The Rhinehart's have enough back pressure so you shouldn't have any issues with performance
I feel better knowing that no issues
Thanks
Any performance difference?
Mine threw p0301, p0302 and p0363 codes after making this change.
Do you have to get the ecm reflashed?
I was told that it helps to have the OEM Stage 1 air cleaner and flash, but it's not a requirement.
So you don't have TAB pies but just a new cat?

Any drone with your setup?
Not really. I ran it like that for a little over a year before swapping it out for a full 2-1 exhaust from Sawicki.
This might be too loud for long road trips.
Any issues withchk eng light etc?
