First comment, happy to have me too
Happy to have me
Projector only works well if there are motorized blackout curtains for those windows.
I think the technology is better these days but yes blackout curtains would be helpful
Agreed that a balcony is needed. Actually, more outdoor options are needed for a very industrial forward home. Exposed plumbing is the bain of my existence. It’s like you’re inviting rust and who wants to see that? #notme
Go, Samir, gooooo!!!!
let's do this
I like this joint. Happy to have you!! 💙
I loved the brick barrel vaulted ceilings, but the furniture layout in the living room bothered me. Sometimes people forget that you don’t need to shove your sofa against a wall
I always tell people that furniture shouldn’t go against the wall. I forget this place though it may have been bad staging?
Can ceilings be sexy? I didn’t think so until I saw these. Even if the lobby rendered them not as spesh, I’m still feeling about these the way you do towards carpet lines.
Also, I learned today that we have 4th universally recognized measurement system. 1. Imperial 2. Metric 3. BMS 4. Samir’s…*ahem* anatomical comparison method. SAC if you will.
These ceilings may be better than vacuum lines and omg the fourth measurement 🙊
@@samir2 Hopefully the American Institute of Architects will soon recognize both BMS and SAC. They seem official enough.
@@sharla3135 they are going to have me come in for a formal measuring
@@samir2 Well of course! There’s no other way to standardize this, if you want accuracy.
I can’t wait until the SAC is used in every Home Depot and Lowe’s on each box of wide-plank flooring. I can see it now.
Wife: “Honey, are you sure you got the right ones? I don’t want the little, standard-width planks.”
Husband: “Yes! It says right here, 1 SAC! You always make me well aware standard size isn’t good enough for you, Susan.”
It’s going to be great!
This one fell short for me. Felt like a bland co-working space. Ceilings were the only thing that saved it.
That’s a huge kitchen for NYC
Really nice but also the home is $11 mill
What if Jonah doesn’t like people in his kitchen? I’m guessing that as a Persian, you’re required to have maximum guests in the kitchen while entertaining. But if he prefers to cook alone, 2 BMS is more than sufficient. Plus he’s lost all that weight.
Most of the time I have no idea who are the celebrities that Samir talks about. No idea who Jonatas Hill is.. @Samir is my celebrity ✨
happy to have me
While I think the living room probably needs that big of a projection screen, I need for it to have a cover or something because 90% of the time it's just like a big blank wall. Either put a tv there or make the wall behind it a different color. Otherwise its Sterileville.
does google translate work with Samir-ese? and acronyms?
Which one are you looking for
@@samir2 I figured out LAH from the $300mil video, I forget the others
