Aliwan Fiesta 2024. Grand Festival of Champions. Street Dancing Parade & Float Competition

The Philippines is the land of Fiestas or Festivals. From Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao, people celebrate festivals of bountiful harvests, religious feasts, historical milestones and more.
They compete to be the best in each town or province or region, and the winner in each place comes to Manila to compete in the grandest festival of champions, the Aliwan Fiesta. Each representative brings with them their traditions, colors, music in a grand presentation to win the crown as the Aliwan Fiesta Grand Champion.
This year, 15 contingents came to CCP Complex to compete in this grand festival champions, and we were able to watch their performances on the street-dancing parade. We were also able to witness about 10 beautifully decorated floats that represent the best of the Philippines.
