I’m not a vegan, but if I was going to college there, I’d eat that way. I went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo back in the early 1980’s, and the main dining hall paled in comparison to this. However, on my last visit to San Luis Obispo, they recently opened a new three story dining hall that has various types of foods. The old, main dining hall is currently getting a massive renovation which will probably be similar concept as the CSUMB campus, which I am assuming is the standard for the whole CSU system.
Wow they really have upgraded the school since I was there in 2017. Last time I ate the DC before I moved off campus was 2015. They took out alot of food places. Not saying to do this but ppl definitely brought (hidden) Tupperware to the DC to maximize the meal plan. Some people would take milk back

That's strange vegan meals weren't offered when I was there.
Could be new! The vegan/veg options are growing everywhere :)
@@planetsistas That could be it. In 1971 there wasn't much of any vegan options anywhere.
