Hi, is there a way to play Ark offline in 2024? Atm i dont have internet on PC and cant seem to find the way to play offline single player mode on EPIC GAMES launcher. When i click Play Single Player, it loads and after 20-30s just gives error. :(
I play local on both PS4 and on pc through steam without any issues. I don’t have any experience with Epic Games. Sorry. That’s a bummer that it won’t load for you.
it's possible to play singleplayer, that is a very basic function of ark regardless of epic games or any other tool. there must be something wrong with your files.
@@Anantax3 Not on EPIC GAMES. I had message exchange between their Support and in the end they admited that this game is not possible to play without internet on their platform. On which platform are u playing Ark at @Anantax3 ?
Not trying to be THAT guy, but ditch EPIC Games, seriously. Steam is the golden standard, and if a game is available on Steam, you should get it there. I have gotten SO much help from their support over the years it isn't even funny. I have bought games, not even played them for years, fired them up and found they were in an unplayable state...and been given full refunds. I tried the Star Wars KOTOR MMORPG and that games customer service is entirely dead, and i couldn't join the game without being sent a code through my email but couldn't get in touch with anyone for a week....i finally went to Steam support and wanted a refund and the support guy said he would gladly give me a refund if i wanted, but asked for a chance to get me the code so i caved and let him try.....that dude went nuts going through every channel he knew, emailed dozens of people, made phone calls, etc, etc, and got me my code, an apology and a whole bundle of bonus currency and items to start me off with, a few of which i am told are no longer available in game and worth tons. Steam is flat out awesome and I have never had a single issue all the years i have been using it that customer support could not help with. P.S. I have also been playing Ark since it was in beta and i am currently playing it through Steam with zero issues.
It seems to be that they removed all the actual event content. You can apply the event code but all you get is the event colors for wild dino spawns. No "holiday" folder in the cooking pot. No dodorex, dodowyvern. You cant even gfi spawn pumpkins or scarecrows. Absolute bogus.
