    Grocery List / Ingredients:
    Lamb Chops
    Olive Oil
    Minced Garlic
    Garlic Salt
    Black Pepper
    Rosemary
    Thyme
    Parsley / Cilantro
    Russet Potatoes
    Bouillon Cube
    Heaving Whipping Cream
    Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Sour Cream
    Chives
    Unsalted Butter
    Asparagus
    Beef or Chicken Stock
    Worcestershire
    For the lamb chops take off some of the fat but not all this is going to give you flavor later for the gravy. After seasoning put them in the refrigerator and let marinate for about 45mins to a hour. Add Fresh garlic & rosemary to the pan before cooking this will also add more flavor into your chops You can also do this overnight. Cook the chops on each side for about 5-6 Mins or depending on how you like your meat cooked. The gravy is optional I like mines really juicy. So something I pour over my chops after they are cooked.
    For the mashed potatoes bake them at 375 cover with foil for about 15-20 Mins. Then uncover and let cook for 5 this is going to help the cheese melt a little better on top.
