So, Ive read that Jamey Ray (the arranger) wanted to highlight three different types of love. Starting with "I've seen the light" being a romantic love, then "you'll be in my heart" being a familial love, and then "go the distance" for self love. I love that little detail. Loving your reactions. Keep up the great work! 😁
He’s the guy in the maroon shirt/sweater in your thumb nail. And I was just watching your reaction and wanted to say this exact thing the original comment or said. Also I Marched drum corps from 99-02. So I’ll be checking out some of those.
Loving the Voctave journey. I scanned your other videos. Noticed a lot of marching band and drum Corp content (my second favorite style of music) you must check out Carolina Crown and Santa Clara Vanguard drum corps.
Thanks for the feedback! For some reason I was thinking of The Road to El Dorado, which Elton John wrote the songs for 🤔. Thanks for letting me know haha
I'm not a content creator, but as far as copyright claims - I know a lot of reactors talk about how often they pause the video. You do seem to be pausing as much as the average reactor, so I doubt that's it, but you could try pausing even more (and risk annoying viewers of course). I would guess the copyright flag is from Disney (audio), not Voctave, because Voctave loves reaction videos (they even sometimes pop in with a comment). So I doubt that applying a video filter that blurs/darkens the video would help, although it might be worth a shot. You're actually the first person I've heard mention copyright issues with Voctave's videos; a lot more reactors have that issue with Pentatonix, but Kirstin is not singing with Pentatonix here... So I don't really have a great answer, but maybe that will help narrow it down somehow.
Yeah Jamey really likes to show off Kate's high notes. As good as she is with them - I don't have any composing chops or anything, but just as a listener - I usually enjoy them, but sometimes it seems a bit much. In particular there are a few times ("Someone Like You" and "Mary Did You Know" come to mind) where there's a high note on the ending where I feel like it sticks out too much for those kind of endings.
Ahhh sorry for the "ums". Gotta be more conscious

That's interesting, and a cool new perspective on the piece! Thanks for the comment!

It may be a small thing but I like that you make the video of Votave full screen and the camera on you smaller. Well done.
Great Reaction. Looking forward to more!
Thanks, my friend!

Phil Collins did Tarzan and I love their transitions in this medley. Voctave is wonderful for diction and their intricate harmonies. Great reaction

@@js_musicmedia8981 lol no worries, I had to doublecheck it myself. The older I get, the more of that I have to do.
