Your phenomenal sound design just makes this all feel so alive and real. I don't even care about the asmr sometimes, listening to your stories with sound design on par with massive budget audiobooks is so relaxing, and intriguing.

Wonderfully crafted. The voice acting in this whelms me with a certain feeling of greying dread, a sense of poetic hope. But all that’s being hung into, is a mere shred, a sliver of hope among the duo. That despite their situation, despite the unnerving circumstances, Doc has a plan. And we ride on this plan until the end. For humanity.

I never expected a sequel to the first one, and I really like this one. More character developments and has a more optimistic tone. Also looks like it takes place in a futuristic setting based on how they describe cars
Ok Aurora, that was creepy. I have a science education (though not a Doctorate) and my favourite book also happens to be the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. This story is fascinating. Can't wait to see where we end up :)
I'm really enjoying this series so far, fantastic work as always. The basement bit really cracked me up picturing the doctors face in that moment.

I do NOT like the occasional references to The Surge. It sounds ominous. I can think of a few things that it might turn out to be, none of them good.
I hope we survive.
The surge seems strongly implied to be a country wide/global EMP blast. Hence the need to swap out of the presumably electric car to an old gas one.

But given that this world is operating at a tech level that can evacuate a significant portion of the population on spaceships...but not ALL the population...I'm still suspecting something darker and more sinister.
