Migrants learn to swim after surviving crossing

In the first five months of this year, over 5,000 migrants have lost their lives attempting to reach Spain by sea. On the Spanish island of Tenerife, young survivors of one of the deadliest maritime crossings are now receiving swimming lessons to help them cope with their trauma.

Its certainly an awful situation and I hate to stay neutral but I have too. Yet while in Portugal I learn of many ingenious inventions of Islam. I know you lot have alot of bad press to deal with but I wish you'd remind us where we get algebra from for instance and focus a bit more on the positive peculiarities of islamic culture. I'm not trying to play you im sincerely interested in Turkish and Arabic culture and maybe even Persian however far fetched as it may seem
