  • In order to avoid a tedious workout, we combine cardiovascular conditioning and resistance exercises to promote a healthy and playful physical activity for your kids and the entire family.
    Cardio exercises can make any workout more fun through lots of energy-filled moves! We've put together a wide variety of cardio movements that use the whole body to get the heart rate up and the metabolism into turbo mode. These exercises are also organized in a way that allows kids to burn body fat and take their fitness to the next level, and represent all categories of cardiovascular training, with hopping and jumping routines that involve a lot of coordination. This will be done in two sets.
    Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
