Hello, it rains if there is low pressure. I suggest you need to follow the weather forecast if you want to visit Stavanger to maximize your experience. It's best to visit when it's full sunshine. :)

Im from Stavanger, and can safely say it rains a fair share here. The bad part about the city is its costal location, so a lot of wind, often rain and plenty of seagulls. I love my city nonetheless, so would reccomend moving if your interested, however if you would want a visit, the summertime is the best shout
