It really does. I was born in ‘73 & Star Blazers/SBY holds up better than most of the cartoons from my youth. I like the remake, a lot, too, btw, but sometimes I think they go overboard a little overboard w/ the animation. 🙂

You can tell America had a hand in the rebuilding of Yamato. Pretty much every bit of the ship that isn’t devoted to eating, sleeping or (presumably) pooping, is stuffed with guns & missiles. They even figured out how to weaponize the damn anchors! 😁
Next time use the music of the group Two Steps From Hell for the background music. Would work much better. Some track suggedtions: Heart of Courage, Cannon in D Minor, Victory, United We Stand Divided We Fall, Archangel, Strength Of A Thousand Men, Norwegian Pirates. There are other tracts of theirs that would work also.
Yeah, I know the group Two steps From Hell, I listen many of theirs musics, One of my prefer is Star sky. I think to use it, but it needs to match with the theme I want to show. The music is the rhythm and the soul of the video. Find the good background music for the AMV it take me time. That a nice advice, Thanks.
