Click on the Windows icon on the taskbar. The menu will pop-up. Click on Settings.
Select Privacy and security from the left side list. Go to Camera option.
Make sure the Camera access option is enabled. Click on Let apps access your camera. Look for Zoom. Turn the switch on to enable camera access.
