I tried to follow Teal Swan so many times but my spirit felt something wasn’t right.

In her old videos she'd say something then crack up, like she had Duper's Delight.
Well she plagiarised. In one video she gave an excellent synthesis of psychologist John Gottman’s work on marriage ~ But as if it was her own information. Not acknowledging Gottman once
Me too! I followed this guy on UA-cam and he had all sorts of guests. When he interviewed Teal I felt uneasy even when I was deep into New Age.
Me too! Even when I was deeply in the new age I felt she had a lot of darkness around her.
Like so many, Doreen you were my teacher in the New Age. I heard you speak at numerous events and even some private seminars. I read everything that you wrote and owned a variety of your products. I fell away from the New Age gradually beginning in 2008 and by 2016 I was detached from it but not yet saved. You are the one who gave me the final push to Christ. It was your testimony video along with the subsequent videos of your Christian journey that woke me up at last, and as a result, I was saved. So I thank you for remaining and ever guiding presence in my life. We both took a journey through evil to get to where we need to be with God and that journey now continues. Praise the Lord. I am 67 years old and the book that was my gateway drug into the New Age which I found at age 14 in my town's public library was The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. Although I read countless other New Age, New, Thought, and occult books after that, the next book that would have a major impact on me was the Celestine Prophesy.

I love how you bring it all together around the Word of God.
I'm in the slow-living and cottage-core space on UA-cam, and it's shocking to me how many cottages are getting extra views by using the word WITCH in the title. Even claiming they are a witch. This is seen as a fun and exciting thing now, and I want to link this channel in the comments.
That is actually a huge reason for how I got into the new age; I loved the slow-living cottage-core aesthetic (eg herbs in the kitchen, handmade artworks, being more in nature etc) and that is a huge part of the neo-paganism movement that is a part of the new age these days. They take a good thing and stick the new age dogma onto it.

When I came to faith in Jesus after being in the new age, the enemy used a course in miracles (as well as videos about NDE's) to bring me into another type of deception, a far more dangerous one honestly bc the constant questioning of reality made me quite anxious, dissociated and confused. By God's grace and providence did I eventually ran into a video about leaving the new age on UA-cam where that girl told about an experience she had with demonic spirits after coming to faith, which I had happen to me too but had supressed as being 'just a dream'. Hearing it from her woke me up to the reality of evil (bc coming out of the new age and being quite naive, I still thought there were only good spirit beings) and made me finally focus on the bible and throw away the other stuff. I do not remember that girl who made that video, but it goes to show how important these type of videos are regardless of views or subscribers, bc it might just be that someone like younger me stumbles upon them. I too thought Wayne Dyer was helping me and I read most of his work. I also trusted him because he had a Ph.D. I do think he helped lead me back to God, so I am grateful for that. Thanks for your broadcasts...they're very very helpful.♥

For me, it was books A Course in Miracles and Jesus Speaks, people Joyce Meyer and TD Jakes Yep, had to get rid of those. It bums me out about Joyce Meyer because I really do like her personality. But her teachings are just too much about self.
