I think what you want would be better for a single player campaign, where your playable character gets the 3rd line. Plenty of other fighting games stick with what JF has already done, each character says their one liner and then fights. That's especially how it should be for online play, so it's fair that each person gets just their 1 line and begins the fight. Some people even mash right on through it and don't like the lines, but I do.

These are such lazy interactions. At least half of them don't even seem to referring to the other character and are so general that they could be directed at pretty much any other character. The ones that do aren't that interesting either, aside from a few exceptions. The way the camera stays too long on their faces and the lack of lip movement/facial animation is dissapointingly awkward too
Let's say there's 45 characters total and they all have unique interactions with another. That's 990 interactions. I'm pretty sure being "lazy" is understandable

Second, Im not asking for there to be an interaction between all of them, hell that would be stupid to do since between many characters it wouldnt even make sense (wtf would one between Yugi and Hisoka be for example) and because that requires way too much effort. Which is even more annoying because what's even the point of realistic graphics if that won't be followed up with facial expression? Characters even have slightly realistic nuances to their movements. This seems like a dumb corner-cut with all arena fighters.

Ash Looks the same if you’re blind. Her face is way off proportion from the anime. And besides, she is using her powers and absolutes from the manga, during which she had an entirely different look. She shouldn’t look like the anime version her, but rather the manga version when she attains bankai.

The translations are awful. Right off the bat we have Kenshiro talking about the Uchiha clan in the subtitles. He doesn't even mention the word Uchiha in Japanese! And for Sasuke's response I feel a better translation would be "are you kidding me?" But whatever, it's a fighting game. No one cares about the dialogue.
It's likely that Kenshiro only mentioned "clan" and the translators thought it wasn't clear enough, thus the addition of "Uchiha" in the subtitles. Not all translations need to be one to one. Also i think "Are you kidding me?" as a response from Sasuke is less serious sounding than the former "are you making fun of me?" response. But many of the interactions are still terrible imo
@@jonetgames "the flames of evil" is probably a direct reference to the Uchiha clan. The clan symbol is a giant flame being fanned. Also a large number of Uchiha turn evil. So calling them "flames of evil" is still applicable. They probably added the Uchiha part in the subtitles to make it more obvious to English speakers.

All the character's 3D models sure looks like it was done by college students on their free-time not something you expect from a AAA developer/publisher like Bamco.
I think it looks okay, the fighting and customization is the best thing this game has going for it.
I'm pretty sure college students can do better than this mess of a game.

All the animations in general are scuffed, the game releases in 1 more month so nothing won’t change. They’re lazy, this is the same problem I had with J Stars+, all because they were lazy.

The translations are awful. Right off the bat we have Kenshiro talking about the Uchiha clan in the subtitles. He doesn't even mention the word Uchiha in Japanese! And for Sasuke's response I feel a better translation would be "are you kidding me?"
But whatever, it's a fighting game. No one cares about the dialogue.
It's likely that Kenshiro only mentioned "clan" and the translators thought it wasn't clear enough, thus the addition of "Uchiha" in the subtitles. Not all translations need to be one to one.
Also i think "Are you kidding me?" as a response from Sasuke is less serious sounding than the former "are you making fun of me?" response.
But many of the interactions are still terrible imo

@@jonetgames "the flames of evil" is probably a direct reference to the Uchiha clan. The clan symbol is a giant flame being fanned. Also a large number of Uchiha turn evil. So calling them "flames of evil" is still applicable. They probably added the Uchiha part in the subtitles to make it more obvious to English speakers.

Hope we get Gintoki with unique lines from the other series that Gintama has parodied. Especially Dragon Ball (Gintoki wants to be able to use the Kamehameha) and Bleach (Gintoki uses the Final Getsuga Tensho transformation and has a Zanpakuto).
