I appreciate you showing the not so cute side of a big chop. There is a misconception that you’re going to be jumping for joy because you feel so liberated. That’s not always the case. Do it because you want to & not because you feel you have to. You don’t have to big chop to have healthy hair. You can grow cut, grow cut too.

I big chopped my hair sept 3 because I had damage from bleach and felt very insecure because I’ve never had hair this short I’m used to having long hair that went down my back and now it doesn’t go past my ears😅 but it’s nice to see I’m not going to be alone in my journey🥰
