That standing sleep pod is pretty toxic for an office set up, like the companies will think they can overwork you just cause they know have a place to let you rest.
So... the bad news is, if a Japanese company is providing those pods, it's actually an IMPROVEMENT, since they already expect a toxic level of overwork, resulting in people sleeping in the office. If they are providing one of these pods, it's a step UP. 😬

You're in dreamland, then wake up hovering about a foot above your bunk, and a split second later WHAM you slam back down into it. Well over a hundred long flights on KC-135s in my active duty days and I eventually got used to it 🤣 And at 2:38 MAN THAT AIN'T RIGHT!
Unfortunatley in my they've started using the capsule hotel as rental apartments. They jacked up the price and people are actually renting them because rentals are so scarce.
Maybe you were joking when talking about the Mink camper, but you mentioned (at around 11:30 minutes into the video) that Greenland is covered in ice. However, it is IIceland that is mostly green(which is why it looks GREEN in this video! )
It would be nice to see these as "alternatives" to hotels that run across the country- kind of like those space igloo pods that are in Antarctica, but there would be Significant price differences, from $30-$50 a night, on up depending.

No I salute their existence concept in the environment when they are trying to do healthy activities with their offspring for their offspring, concept I do the salutes for them.
Iceland has about 12% of its surface area covered in glaciers while Greenland has 80% of the land is glacier. So why the reverse names? Well, Iceland didn't want people flocking to that new fertile green land, who wants crowds? So they named it Iceland so people would not come. Greenland is covered in ice... but the new nation wanted people to settle there... so they called it Greenland to fool people into coming. At least that's the story.
